I really like all of the other Goodcents in town. I came in at about 115. Ordered my sandwich and the guy at the register just threw my drink at my sandwich just threw the cup on the tray.
I don’t know where like basic service is taught at goodcents but it clearly is not being portrayed and practiced at the 27th location
At least the blue haired person washed their hands after using the bathroom

I ordered my sub online through the mobile app without any issues. I used my reward and was able to pick it up in the drive through with ease. The food was delicious!! I got the Ultimate Club and it was so tasty.

Esmeralda and Jaden were great.. there was no surprise this is our regular goodscents I wouldn’t waste my time going anywhere else!!!

Ordered for window pickup at noon. I showed up 5 minutes early and proceeded to wait in line for over 20 minutes. It's almost like none of the sandwiches ordered online were made. No apology was given for my food being 15 minutes late past my pickup time, nor for the long wait in line. I'm normally very pleased with this location but after today it'll be awhile before I come back. Not impressed.

I had to provide good food for a retirement luncheon and got a sandwich tray from these guys. The staff was great and my pickup was om time and the sandwiches were a hit!
