I had high hopes. I ordered a veggie sandwich, and couldn't help but notice that they used the same cutter/shredder for cheese and meats. The result was that the cheese in my sandwich was mixed with flakes of meat that went through the shredder. For religious reasons, I don't eat meat and hence this ruined the experience. I hope they change the way it is being prepared in future. I'm giving two stars as the staff was very friendly, but they need to be considerate about people's dietary restrictions.

The workers were to busy talking to each other while I was waiting. This led to them making my sandwich on wheat bread instead of white. Of course, this was my fault. They were very rude, and had attitudes. I won't be going back

I made an online order at 11:31 and the app said it would be ready at 11:52. I showed up at 11:51 and they had made my cold sub but not my toasted one. I waited another ten minutes before they had finished my order. They didn’t seem all that busy when I arrived either. There were two people who had already ordered their sandwich’s and one waiting to order when I got there. By the time I left they had served three more customers that came in after I did.
What is the point of ordering online and giving me a pickup time if you aren’t going to start making the food until after I get there?

Extremely delicious! For over a decade now I have been ordering and enjoying the sandwiches they made. My child is learning how to eat sandwiches more he doesn’t usually like sandwiches they always ended up on the floor until he tried a goodcents sandwich he nearly ate the whole thing. Cheap too if you want to order a sub but you’re broke order from them. 😋🤤

I came in at 7:30 today and they acted like they were already closed. I waited 10 minutes before someone offered to take my order because they were too busy doing online orders and the other two employees were sweeping and stocking the chips. When I finally tried to order, he said they were out of bread. The entire work area was filthy, covered and shredded lettuce, and olives all over the place. I walked out and went to Jimmy John’s down the street and someone took my order and the place was much cleaner.

Team Leader Christian excelled at customer service tonight at the 27th and Cornhusker Hwy store. He balanced our order with the busy drive-thru at the same time, keeping his cool with customers and younger team members. As we enjoyed our meal, we figured out that it was Christian (long red hair), who was singing along with the in-house music. What a fun treat. Good food and live music!
