Goodcents has always been my favorite go to Sub sandwich place for a long time. Just seems lately the portions are getting skimpy, the meet is sliced where you can almost see through it. I typically get the Italian sub and it's more bread than anything now. 4 or 5 tomatoes on a 16" sub? Seems like no one is in a hurry to process subs last time I was in there, took 15 min to get a sub. I know the meat portions aren't going to change so I am looking for a new place that offers more food for the money.

I ordered the spaghetti and I said that I wanted meatballs,but they sent out penne noodles and the sauce had a horrible bite to it, didn't taste like spaghetti sauce....I didn't eat it. Quiet frankly I wouldn't even feed it to a dog. It's that horrible.

Your drive thru SUCKS!! The callbutton has been broken for lord knows how long....to order..the "menue board" takes too long....then when you pull up to window they look at you like wtf... it's just irritating..and when you have 'certain conditions ' ...anxiety etc...IT MAKES IT 1000X WORSE

I work nearby, and come here quite often. Every time I come in it's always something, either they screw up the sandwich, overcharge for the order, etc. Half of the employees don't know their own deals they have every day. It's extremely inconsistent. If you work here, you should understand your own stores policies. Kelsey was to blame for the last straw that resulted in this review.

Ordered at 515 on a Sunday, for a 600 delivery. Ok, may be late, call at 615 and was told they had a lot of catering orders and mine would be sent out ASAP. Call back at 715 for them to tell me they have been really busy and do not have a delivery driver. No communication from the store on any of this. DO NOT GO HERE, order from somewhere else.

This place has looked dirty the last 2 times I've been there mainly in the food prep area vegetables were mixed and lettuce was in the mayo I really just wanted to walk out this time but I didn't the I ordered an Italian sandwich and every piece of meat that went on my sandwich was just a left over end piece and that's the truth the gentleman had to open a new cheese because there wasn't enough left to finish my sandwich .....I kinda feel like my sandwich was not the best quality.....84st is a bit further to drive but well worth it and I believe the staff working on North 84th seems much more professional

Love this place..however if u order for pick up beware your order may picked up by some Rando..which then makes u late for work to wait for another sandwhich to be made.

The store I usually frequent now how a drive-through that you can only pick up online orders in. You can no longer order your sandwich and drive thru and pick up. It's a pain.

Where to start!!! First the guy taking orders smeared the mess across the long cutting board with 2 little napkins then proceeded to ball them up and toss it in the air so he could swing the bread knife like a baseball bat trying to slice the ball. When he missed.. he left the dirty ball of towel on the floor. Then I stood there and watched 3 customers come and go and I still didn’t have my order. When I was asked if I had 2 sandwiches I said no you gave my sandwich away to someone else and he tried to argue that he didn’t. He said I have yours right here and when he went make it was not what i ordered. So I told him what it was supposed to be and when I got it it was slopped together and completely squashed flat. Not one of the 4 people were apologetic and even acted like they cared and I honestly could tell if a single one was management so I attempted to eat it and left. Tried to use yelp to review them but couldn’t even find them….they truly need to close this dive and put in another business! Worst sandwich experience ever!!!!!

We did not receive all of our ordered items, Noone ever answers at the store, and customer service doesn't respond back. Been almost 3 weeks. Ridiculous you spend money on food and don't get it all, yet can't receive your money back for what you didn't receive. If you want to just give them money, go ahead and order from here. Otherwise, I'd pick a new location.Edit to add after response from owner:I filled that out once. I was told someone would contact me. Obviously that has not happened. I filled it out again for you, but honestly, this is a joke. It's been 3 solid weeks and I'm still at a loss with you stealing my money. And I say stealing because you've never done one thing to rectify the situation. I paid for a product I didn't receive. The sandwich was garbage, and the delivery driver left our food in the rain without a knock, ring bell ring, anything. We had no idea it was even there. YOUR DRIVER not just some Doordash driver. Thanks for not making it right in any way, it shows a lot about your company and your lack of customer service.

We are in town from Omaha for a softball tournament close by and chose this location, so glad we did!First off super clean place, greeted by everyone behind the counter right away. As they took our order this team efficiently worked the order n everything was finished promptly.One of our orders was a kids meal for our 2 year old, that came available 1st and I was getting our child situated when she accidentally knocked her sandwich on the floor. We got it things cleaned up right away, they provided me with what I needed and offered too! Then I went to go reorder and the manager had a new one in motion, I offered to pay for another one and he graciously declined and said it’s on the house.If you’re looking for a clean place with great service to grab lunch, with great fresh bread n toppings, then this is the place to be!Thanks again to the team at Goodcents!
