The last two times I visited, I had to wait because staff were focused on catering orders. It’s frustrating there isn’t a separate setup for walk-in customers. Or designated an area for catering and for in-store customers. To top it off: a hair in my sandwich!!
With so many options in town, it’s disappointing as I use eat Goodcents weekly and now I hardly stop because it’s inconvenient.

Went on a Sunday noon nice day. Must of been a picnic day. They were swamped with customers. But staff hard and fast and stayed nice under pressure.

Placed an order on the app. In the past I have not had a problem. However this time hardly any pickles on my sandwich and no lettuce at all. It’s frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get what you paid for.

Best sub I ever had!! Ordered hru doordash..Goodcents had driver contact me to ask.what I'd like to substitute ham with since they'd run out....then.driver arrived with order and let me know since they were also out of the bottled soda I ordered they added a large soda in a cup with ice on the side. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by their service and for going above & beyond. BTW this was my first time having Goodcents but won't be my last.
