I came and got an ultimate club today which I order frequently from other locations. This all the bacon the manager at this location offered.
I’m confused because whattt???
I love good scents but this location will ruin your experience especially when this manager makes your food and puts globs of mayo on your sandwich.

Did an online pick up. Got there cashier lets me know they are still working on my two subs. I’m like yeah that’s fine I’ll wait. I ended up waiting Over 30 minutes. Not only did the cashier acknowledge the customers before me that had an online orders and over apologize to them about the wait and offer them cookie's for the long wait.There I was still patiently waiting for my order to be done I glance over there is a bag on top of the table curious to know if it’s my meal… it is Who knows if I didn’t look up I would be still be sitting down. Cashier did not acknowledge me at all or at least let me know that my meal was done instead ignore me.

i was very disappointed with this place . i called to place my order a guy named alex hung up on me , i tried to call back someone answered amd hung up . very poor service by the man who hung up on me , will go to a different location from now on .

I understand we are in difficult times with inflation and such but I was really disappointed with the low amount of meat on my sandwich, just thought there should be more on it when you are paying 11 bucks for an 8 inch sandwich and a bag of chips. I also saw a customer speak to an employee and she let him know that the Pepsi fountain was running clear. His response directly to her was that the Pepsi machine was just fine. I happened to look back over to her and she looked at me dumbfounded like why was nothing was being done, she just left. Very strange. May rethink this lunch venue.

First time eating at a Goodcents. The food was fantastic. The service was kind and quick. The staff was great at accommodating customizations. And with the Monday special, my day was brightened. Just what was needed when you need something fast.
