I am not even exaggerating when I say the tens of times I’ve been in there I have never seen a smile on a single employee. They are so mean it gives me so much anxiety to order a cookie. And they also literally never have all their flavors. I’m sorry but if you run out of chocolate chip cookies, that’s a problem. A couple days ago was my last straw. Employee was so rude, gave short answers and rolled her eyes and sighed when I ordered my cookies. Absolutely ridiculous like how do you hate your job at a cookie shop so much!

I ordered a party dozen online to take to work. When I got to the store I was the only customer and mine was the only order - the employee handed me two boxes. When I got to work I discovered there were only 11 cookies. It's not that big of a deal, but the place was super slow, it was easy to see with one glance that one was missing, and just how hard is it to try to do a good job at work. This is a cookie store! I expect the employee to be a little happy but that is never the sense I get when I go here. Maybe they aren't paid well? Anyway, I'm going back to local with the always friendly (and accurate!) Cookie Company from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised by these cookies. $3.50 seemed like a but much, but they are soft, warm, flavorful and worth it. The flavor I wanted was out so that was a bummer. They have a neat, policy if you eat local and bring in the receipt the same day, they will give you 10% off your purchase.

Wow! I was speechless. Cookies are sold warm and are big. The flavor I had was lemon. Soft with a light crunch on outside.....yummo!!
