I used to love this place. Their chicken strips 'were' amazing. They were huge, juicy and flavorful. The order had 4 strips and they were so big I could barely eat 3. I went last night and ordered them expecting the same delicious meal. Instead I received 3 strips barely bigger than a chicken nugget and hardly any French fries. The chicken did not taste the same. The meal was over $17!!! I was told they changed vendors - obviously sacrificing quality. Worst of all they would not refund. I won't be back.

Came here because the breakfast place next door had a 30 minute wait. Got coffee, ordered food, enjoyed the vibes and watched some sports. Waited over 45 minutes, saw people who came in way later than us receiving food, only to find out our order never got put in. Glad the coffee was comped, it was good at least.

Paid the DJ $30 to play two songs and he skipped over them both when my group were the only people in the back room. Love this place but get a better DJ that can appreciate the tips for requests on a slow night.

The taco meat on the tacos was cold. In my opinion the chicken salad had too much dill in it, and the cold chicken salad was served on a hot piece of ciabatta bread. It wasn't toasted and able to eat, it was hot. It kind of ruined the sandwich.

4.5.25 Trevor S. was our server at 5:56pm! Trevor was awesome! We had a little 4 yr old with us, who began making conversation with Trevor as soon as he arrived at our table to take our order. Trevor was so good him our little guy. He got right down to his level to talk to him. The service was awesome & the food was perfect. As we were preparing to leave our little grandson said he had to give Trevor a hug & ran over to Trevor. Trevor picked him up & they hugged. Trevor was so swamped with customers & was the only server, yet took time for our little guy. Kudos to Trevor for another great experience at Grata! We will be back!

We went this time for wing night (Monday). Good wings and delicious pizza. Just good food! They have a good Sunday brunch (we had the brunch several months ago) Got the pitcher of brunch-time mimosas. Friendly employees. Restroom clean too. Note: they have venue space for rent for parties, receptions etc.
