Cant say for the atmosphere inside, but the drive thru is authentic for its theme. A couple of sweet elderly folks made our food. As we waited for our order we tried our drinks, mine was a vanilla shake and my friend had a root beer float, pretty generic and boring one would think. If you want some “old school” diner and food (which I’ve been craving for years and just couldn’t find the right place for it) then this is it!!! What shocked me was all the military and plane, jet stuff! Was not expecting that but made me love the place 100% more!!! Get the malt!!!
Went and got a “Cheeseburger Special” today. To my surprise it was just shy of $17 for a single cheeseburger deluxe special. I asked for a ranch and it was going to be another .80 There is no way a single burger meal should cost that much then want to charge more for sauce. You can go to runza (which is better) and get a double burger meal for almost $5 less and they will give you a ranch free. The burger was good. Nothing that I would rave about though.
