I hate to leave a bad review but this is it. I ordered a large bowl to make two meals and I got a small bowl. Top it off with a massive long blonde hair in my food and I'm done.
I've been getting food here for years and it's just getting more disappointing every time. I haven't ordered in a while so I figured I'd give it a shot and here we are.

Customer service was really bad, they charged for topping on the extras when they never do so, only the proteins and were VERY very stingy im talkin a TEASPOON of veggies to your bowl… Overall not satisfied i payed almost 20$ for an empty bowl.
Food itself is ok. However, restaurant is looks like Chinese restaurant…no offense tho.

This is exactly what I wanted! Fresh greens and proteins and TONS of flavor!!! Great way to get a super healthy favor packed meal even when you are in a hurry. Parking downtown can be tricky but some how we found a spot right in front of the entrance.
Vegetarian options: Spicy tofu or regular tofu.

I wish I could give less than 1 star for service. The girl that made my order was alone and she seemed very annoyed by my presence of wanting to eat:/ she also was on her phone while wearing the gloves and didn’t change them after using the phone. I heard her go to the bathroom while I was eating and she came out immediately after she flushed I fear she didn’t even wash her hands…. The prices are also terribly unreasonable for the sizes and quality of food but that’s every restaurant.

I’m hooked on this place! If you love fresh, flavorful, and customizable poke bowls, this is the spot to be. The ingredients are always super fresh, and the variety is fantastic—whether you’re into salmon, tuna, or even tofu, there’s something for everyone.
I love how you can build your bowl exactly the way you want it. The toppings selection? ? From crispy seaweed and edamame to spicy mayo and ginger, every bite is bursting with flavor. Also, shoutout to their rice—perfectly sticky and just the right amount!
The vibe here is always relaxed, and the staff is friendly and quick with service. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down with friends, this place has it all. Poke lovers, this is your paradise. ???
I'll definitely be back for more!

Good poke at a good price. What's not to like. The Thai iced tea was great as well.

This is the second time I've used the app and it's the second time it's been a problem. They had no seaweed I like to get double seaweed; that costs extra. So I paid for something I didn't get and the people at the counter didn't know how to fix it. Don't use their app

Grey whales always serve delicious poke bowls. I like adding mango and seaweed salad as a topping gives that burst of flavor. You're definitely looking for. The creamy tuna mixed with Japanese mayo and the delicious fatty tuna definitely makes you crave more. Service is alright, but it could be better. Atmosphere could use a switch up for sure. Most of the stuff seems outdated. But overall, 8/10 for everything. Food 10/10

Normally pretty good. Today got attitude from the girl behind the counter after asking for beef in my bowl. She spitefully replied that they don’t serve beef. Changed my answer to steak and service went down hill from there. Barely any rice, hardly any vegetables, and when I asked for a little sauce she drenched it. Won’t be back again.
This place is solid. I don’t visit as much as I used to but crave it occasionally. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food. The prices have gone up and the portions have gone down over the years, but I figure that’s most places.
