Went for lunch and the food was great. However not family friendly as a large group was there getting intoxicated and singing very loud. The waitress also allowed them to turn up the radio so loud it was hard to hear the people at our table.

This is my favorite sushi place. I’ve gotten take out here probably over 50 times and have ate in the restaurant a handful of times. My takeout is always ready and the food is always always always amazing. I love the food here. Service is great and fast.Vegetarian options: Sweet potato roll is amazing
Honestly, I am someone who is very fixed and wow this one impressed me, it is an old building with a lot of history within its walls and what can I tell you about the food, congratulations to the cooks, they are doing a good job, the waiters are good

We have eaten here a lot, and though it’s usually not *great*… we like it because the happy hour is cheap, and the place is usually pretty quiet.The last time we went, it was like we were eating at a different restaurant than the times before. Food was awful, and yes, my girlfriend got food poisoning. I had cooked rolls, which I’m assuming is why I didn’t get sick.We will not be back and I’m assuming if you read some of these other 1 star reviews, you wouldn’t go here either! 10/10 do not recommend.

To be honest... I think this is one of the worst sushi's I've ever eaten & I only got vegetable rolls. The avocado and mango in the rolls weren't even ripe yet so they were hard and not good to eat. I got my meal to-go. It was easy to order and delivery went well. Probably won't eat here again. Was disappointed with the food.
Excellent sushi rolls at very reasonable prices. Best Crab Rangoon we've ever had. Chicken fried rice was amazing. Definitely will come back to this place.

Who woulda thunk it?! An exceptional sushi restaurant in middle of farm country. Lincoln Nebraska is the last place I would expect to find an authentic sushi menu. Grey whale is even better than advertised. The grey whale roll is a wonderful creation. Shrimp tempura, mango, avocado, tuna, tobiko, and whatever that sauce is.....it's sweet, savory, and hits all the satisfying textures at the same time. As good as that is, it is not to be outdone by the vegetable dumplings. Soft, tender, chewy dough goodness. To be perfectly honest, it didn't matter what filling was in these dumplings. Easily the best dumpling dough execution I've ever had. Not exactly what I was thinking I'd find in Lincoln Nebraska. What ever happen land locked states not having the freshest or best seafood? Grey whale defies all convention, and I'm here for it!
