Food was delicious and quick. The young guy on the counter is super nice too.

Habibi Kabob And Shawarma serves wonderful food that is very fairly priced. The falafel sandwich and plate are great vegetarian options. A true gem right off campus. They serve free tea too!

Great staff went above and beyond. They were out of the Arabic tea but made some just for me. I had the chicken shawarma sandwich and it was as authentic as if I was in the middle east. Will be back to eat more.Went back again and the food was delicious once again.

Food is not authentic, it's bland, overpriced and the reviews about the rude and lazy staff are 100% true. If you are looking for an amazing gyro go somewhere else. They give you french fries with your order and hot sauce packets like this is burger king. Wait until Sultans Kite opens again. The owner does not listen to feedback he justs argues online and makes excuses while continuing to mismanage his responsibilities.

So we were driving to our home state from Colorado and decided to make a stop in Lincoln because it was too late and we were all tired driving so we checked in the hotel and decided to order good food for dinner. After I did some online research and found Habibi restaurant that had better rating and decided to order food from there. I think they were closing the restaurant for the day but of course they were greedy and did not want to say no to the order that they shouldn’t have taken. I asked for two Habibi platters and three sodas. The reason I ordered those platters because the person at the restaurant/on the phone recommended that they are one of the best they have on their menu. While I was ordering food the guy on the phone also told me that they don’t have hot sauce because they were really busy that day and it’s not available anymore but he promised that he will make some on his own and will give me with the food and that’s when I decided to place the order. The total was $52 and some change which I thought for only two platters are bit expensive but since they were special platters so may have a good quantity of food for the money that I’m paying.. When I went to pick up the food and took a look in the bag and realize that the quantity of food is way less than what I was paying for and also the rice seemed a little undercooked because they were little hard and there was so much oil in the rice and also to my surprise I see that the hot sauces were not the real Middle Eastern style hot sauces that i was promised. They were little bags that you usually get from a fast food restaurant and when I asked the guy that you were supposed to make hot sauce for us, he said that he could not and that’s why he ran next-door restaurant and brought some hot sauces from there which was to my surprise really odd. I’ve never felt that bad after ordering food from somewhere and paying so much money. This place is super expensive for the quality and quantity of food they give you also the people are greedy if you don’t have the food and if you don’t have the ingredients and everything that the customer is asking then learn how to say NO that we are closed and we are not gonna take your order. When I shared my concerns, I felt that they were not helpful and not listening what I was saying and as I walked out the restaurant there was a guy right behind me who locked the door and walked away. I wish that I had not spent that much money to that restaurant if I knew it and no one liked the food as well because by the time we got to the hotel which was 15 mins away the food got cold and the rice were so oily that you could feel oil in your mouth. I have been to a lot of Middle Eastern restaurant in Michigan Chicago Texas but this place and the food by far the worst food I’ve ever had and also way too expensive.

We love middle eastern food and were excited to try a new place in town. We ordered the beef kebab, chicken kebab, gyros, chicken shawarma, humus and extra pita.I'll start with the few good aspects. Anything chicken was okay. Not overcooked, good flavor and seasoned well. Now, the beef kebab was so overcooked it would break apart; no salt or seasoning at all. The lamb for the gyros had no seasoning or flavor what soever. They were also perfectly rectangular long strips which means they're coming out of frozen box and not sliced off a trombo. The hummus was like nothing I've ever seen... it was cut with so much water it would drip off the pita. The pita had no body at all, was flat and stiff. The rice was colored yellow with turmeric, but no flavor or seasoning. The tzatziki was just watered down yogurt with a sprinkle of chili powder or paprika to pretend it was something else.Take this as you will, but there are much, much better places.... anywhere else.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had! We had both the beef and the chicken shawarma over rice, and both were super tasty! Gigantic portions, but I’ll have lunch at work tomorrow at least! Will definitely be coming back when we’re back up this way!

My fav place for tasty Mediterranean food. Super appetizing. The service was very welcoming and sociable. The bill was fair I would say.

This is my first try at Borek and the Borek Spinach is out of this world! The Garlic Sauce is addictive! We are definitely planning to be regulars here! Sorry, there's nothing left to take a picture of.

I've only been there a few times now, but there food is excellent!Great customer service, too. When I went today they were out of beef shawarma, so I opted for the chicken. They made me a HUGE sandwich, and gave me a baklava.I will definitely be going back to support this restaurant, especially because it seems like no one can succeed in that location.

A move to downtown made this an easy stop for me. I ordered a combo meal, because I can never just choose one item. There was chicken and 2 kabobs, rice, hummus, pita & pickled things. The flavors were great, the portions were big - leftovers for sure, the hummus was delicious, so was the pita bread, I added that on as a side/appEdit: Our return visit was WAY Better! Everything was really tasty, hot and fresh - SO GOOD!!Good flavorsGood serviceI will go back for sure.

I am an all american cheese burger and fries kind of guy. All my experience with gyros is the food court at the mall. The one I had today from Habibis blew me away! I could eat one of those every day! All the ingredients were fresh and it was all I could do to eat all of it. I will definitely go back on my next trip to Nebraska.

I placed a to-go order today and the food was amazing! Generous portions and everything was hot and delicious.
