lily was an amazing Server. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the drinks and food. Her personality alone wants me to come back. My husband ordered a md done guac burger. It wasnt as done as he would have liked it. But the flavor was good abd he ate it. The potato fries were amazing as usual. The rest of our family had no complaints about the food. we will eat here again

Went here for a work lunch. No wait for a table, which was nice since there was 8 of us. We all got either burgers or sandwiches and everything was decent. The food wasn't hot but it had good flavor- I liked the heat on the Hotter Than Yo Momma burger. The sweet potato fries were a bit soggy for my taste but still good. My coworker didn't love her french dip but most of the table was pleased with what they got.

Crave is my favorite burger spot in town! Meat is unbeatable and there are lots unique burger options to choose from! Owners are super nice too and service is always fast and friendly :) 10/10 would recommend

Went here to eat and waited at our table and no one came to help us after sitting for some time so we left . Been wanting to try this place for some time but do not recommend this place at all 😔

I ordered a medium-well done burger and it came out RAW. I was pregnant and luckily have a habit of always cutting my burgers in half before eating otherwise it could have been very scary for both me and baby. The waitress even admitted it was extremely raw and took it back. No apologies or comps for the raw burger which I was astonished by considering they just tried to serve a pregnant woman a raw burger. Because my husbands meal was fine we had to wait 15 minutes for them to re-cook mine while he either let his get cold or eat without me. I get mistakes happen but I was extremely disappointed in how they handled the situation.
Chicken sandwich that really shouldn't have left the kitchen because it was so completely black and burnt. The new one was better but still very dry. They need to work on those. The burgers were good though. Cool environment.

The portion size has got considerably smaller. We were pretty disappointed about the portion size for the burgers. We spent seventy-five dollars for 2 burger meals , a bloody mary, a peach whiskey mixed drink, and a beer. I believe that with the price point set that high, we will probably not visit the establishment again. Both drinks we're very weak, horrible mix.

Quality of the beef was excellent , waffle fries were average . Root beer was maybe the worst I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I will definitely be back as the quality of the burger makes me want to try others, asked for medium rare and it was perfect. Man please get some gottbergs or something else. I’m not a fan of black licorice so it was tough to drink.
