Hi-Way Diner Reviews
I have been a loyal customer for decades. It seems the restaurant must have changed hands recently, because my latest experience is something the long-time owner would never tolerate. My favorite choices are Eggs Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, or The Big Diner. They offer consistent, clean, fast service, and high-quality products, and are always third egg-free. They keep your coffee cup full.

The Hi-Way Diner is a classic, nostalgic eatery with a retro atmosphere, complete with antique kitchen items and clean, nice restrooms. The service is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. The diner offers a variety of options, including a kid's menu, and can accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice. Popular dishes include the Hot Beef and Hot Turkey, and the Magic Toast remains a local favorite. The space is open and cozy without feeling cramped, making it welcoming for all. The staff is always kind and quick to serve, even for small orders. The Hotcakes are highly praised, and the chicken fried chicken is often described as amazing. The diner is wheelchair accessible with a large parking lot, offering good value for the quality of food and service. Prices are reasonable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal.
The diner has an old-time, laid-back atmosphere with old-style decorations. Customers can order at the counter and have their food brought to their table. The menu includes classic dishes like meatloaf dinners and hot beef/turkey sandwiches. Everything is very good, with decent prices and friendly staff. It's a great little place to eat, where customers can come as they are.
