Food is flavorless, service is OK, and the atmosphere is nonexistent.
Crab ragoons burnt and over cooked. Taste like old over cooked oil. Hot and sour soup was jelled up only had 2 small pieces of tofu, and lots of shredded carrots but nothing else. Delivery very very late! I kept calling when Delivery woman showed up actually like it's okay to be almost hour late cause food was still warm. I had already tipped her. They lost my business permanently. They even gave me the wrong rice. I will not go, order, or buy from them no more. Bad service, bad food, and bad Delivery.
Rude and cheap for food to just be decent
We’ve been ordering from there for years and have been pretty satisfied. Today not so much with the added bonus of some foreign object in the egg foo yung.
Did some work here with my company and had lunch afterwards. Young lady up front is extremely helpful and polite. Had the Beef and Broccoli and was the best I’ve had in Lincoln. Keep up the good work!!!
The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the food was tasty. The Crab Rangoons were especially great
Awesome food great service and the beautiful lady at the front counter is awesome
Moved to Lincoln a few years ago and was leery of getting Chinese food in this town. Finally tried Highlands Great Wall and it was delicious. Sorry we waited so long but will definitely order again. The only thing I wish they also had was bbq spare ribs. Thank you!
Food is always fresh and hot! Never have to wait long either!
Had a friend said I need try it because I wasn’t having much success finding a really good Chinese restaurant, beside the corporate Panda Express which ain’t S#it without the firecracker shrimp.
I have now ordered the Triple Kung Pao delight and plain Lo Mein noodles 4 times and it’s is absolutely amazing. The portions are huge, the lo mein barely fits in the box and I have dinner for 3 days and I’m not a small person. I have never dined in but plan to I the future, the inside is like any regular Chinese restaurant I’ve been in, the important thing, it’s clean. Plenty of parking, and the restaurant is family owned so they actually are doing their absolute best and give a S#it. As long as I get a chance to say hi to Yuki, I will look forward to continued patronage there. 😀

Highlands Great Wall is very very good. Their shrimp is delicious and has a nice thick sauce. Very courteous customer service too.
Great every time.
They're awesome. The food was spectacular.
This is easily one of the five best Chinese restaurants in Lincoln. The food is hot, fresh, and the texture is always great.
