I found myself in Lincoln Nebraska at the end of a long day recently. I was parked on the side of the street and looked around to see where I could eat before a 3 hour drive to my next destination when I saw Honest Abe's burgers just across the street from where I was parked. Eat here often enjoy the bubbly lady with the heart shaped glasses who takes our order she really brightens the place up . Many interesting choices and I love that they let you get any hamburger as a kids meal because as we get older that's about all one wants
So after everyone telling us we HAD to try this place, we were not disappointed! The burgers were juicy and flavorful. I just got the original with bacon, cheese etc. But my son is picky about burgers and even he loved it! The truffle fries were where it's at, just a tad bit on the salty side but still absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back! Also the lady at the counter was so friendly and super helpful with nothing but a smile on her face the whole time!
