I found myself in Lincoln Nebraska at the end of a long day recently. I was parked on the side of the street and looked around to see where I could eat before a 3 hour drive to my next destination when I saw Honest Abe's burgers just across the street from where I was parked. Of COURSE I had to go try it and I was not disappointed. My burger and fries were fresh and delicious and the ladies working there were friendly. The signs, artwork, and general decor were fun - especially to me!

Always love to stop at an Abe's when in Lincoln. The burger patties alone won't win any awards but the flavors they combine to top the burgers are almost always amazing. Also can't go wrong with a side of truffle fries. Great place to stop if you want something a bit different but also want a burger.

This location always hits. I drive twice as far to ensure that burger is, in fact, honest. One request, make the Nacho Mama burger a permanent part of your menu.

Had to wait 20 mins in line for over 15 people to order, to pickup a to go order that was previously placed and ready at 6:15. I can’t believe they don’t have a better option than waiting in the service line, where everyone is ordering meals. Every other restaurant has a pickup counter, nope not these
Edit: they have a take out counter they just do not utilize it. I finally was able to pick up my food at 6:50 while it was ready by 6:15 for lack of service that is absolutely unacceptable. Now I had to leave with cold food because I had already paid for it. This is the last time I will ever be at this location. This was an absolute crap show.

This place was rad. I usually go downtown, but was not in the mood to battle game crowds. Mom was in town, so this was her first trip to Abes. We both have food allergies, and they were on point about it. Kat was running the kitchen like a hot ship through a butter sea. Even the biggest waves were just a matter of steering the staff. It was lovely to watch as a former cook. Definitely coming back to this location a whole lot.

We eat here regularly. We absolutely love their menu. The addition of sweet potato fries has been a great addition. I also love their weekly burger which keeps the burger options always fresh. Their service is usually very friendly and accommodating even when it’s super busy.

Was disappointed in the food. Mainly the cheap ketchup on the burger and for the fries. It was that cheap House Recipe brand from Sysco that is awful. It may seem silly but sometimes for some customers that's all it takes to ruin a meal. I definitely won't be back until they carry Heinz. And for the prices they should
