This place has some great vegan options. They are using high quality ingredients including multiple fermented vegetables, fruits, and sauces. I highly recommend the avocado toast on local baked bread with fermented lemons & onions!
Had breakfast at Hub Cafe, and it was an outstanding experience! I ordered the skillet with kale, potatoes, over-easy eggs, and sausage, and it was nothing short of delicious. The kale was perfectly sautéed, adding a fresh, vibrant flavor that paired beautifully with the crispy potatoes. The over-easy eggs were cooked to perfection, with the yolks adding a rich creaminess to each bite. The sausage was savory and hearty, tying the whole dish together. The ambiance of the cafe...
I had the pork belly gyro bowl and it wasn’t amazing. It was fine. The menu said “crispy” and the pork wasn’t crispy at all which was a bummer. I was also disappointed with the price/portion. Fairly expensive for what it is.

This would’ve been a three star rating if it weren’t for me trying my friends Mole Chilaquiles which were fantastic. Totally redeemed the place for me. Will come back for those.
