I ordered 6 donuts from Door Dash. Description said, “Pre-selected box with 6 of our most popular donuts!” The photos showed donuts withfruity pebbles, cookies and cream, maple bacon, I was so excited to see what unique concoctions would come in my box…I received 3 basic flavors chocolate with vanilla, chocolate with chocolate, and vanilla with chocolate. If you want specialty flavors call and specify!

Donuts were not fresh except the plain glazed that had just recently been made.
Red haired person was rude, she rushed us and would have rather been on their phone .
this location was very dirty, donuts were old, not too bad tho! We came here from Florida for family and my dad who hasn’t had hurts donuts in 5 years. He was apologizing because of how down the place went. Soda was great !! No coffee and no donut shakes, they were broken. Overall 3/5 ❤️

I went with my step daughter at 940am this morning 10/17/2025 donut were delicious but the lady needs to learn customer service, Etiquette, she did not say hey how are you, just what are you getting and that was all she said after she rang up my order she walked away. I had to speak up and say have a nice day as she was looking down at the table in the back and very quietly she said have a good day.. I understand people have bad days and good days but customer service she needs to be positive and better communication I will not be coming back I'll go to my other donut place where they have spectacular customer service and employess treat customers properly. First time going...and the last time.

The person working had a horrible attitude. Rude and lazy. Got upset that I decided to get a couple more donuts. This is sad, I like hurts donuts, but I won’t be coming back to this location.
