The food, service and atmosphere is great. The one star is only because the freezers broken and I couldn't get the milkshake I desired. So I chose pettiness. Fix

this is the third time i’ve come in to get a doughnut shake, and the aren’t serving them that day. This has happened over the course of the past six month, it would be so slay if they could somehow have the shakes available

Got three donuts. The first glazed yeast braid was hard and I took one bite and tossed it. Old and stale! The chocolate long John wasn't as hard but still wasn't soft and the chocolate tasted a bit funky almost like hot cocoa. The last donut was a vanilla caramel glazed cake donut called Jesus. It was soft on the inside and flavorful and not overly sweet either. The three donuts were sort of all across the board in terms of quality on a Wednesday at 10am. All three cost about $9.35 which is a lot of money for three donuts.

Hurts Donuts is great because it is open 24/7 so if you're in the mood for a late night treat or early morning munch, you can come here for your donut needs. This place is located inside the Grand Manse Building in Haymarket area near 9th & P Street. The donuts here are extravagant! There are many different unique options but be ready to have something with lots of sugar on it because they don't have many plain donuts if you just want a regular raised donut. I got the Nutella donut and it was delicious! Parking is free on the street. They have tables inside that you can enjoy your treat at. The staff was nice.

Great atmosphere! Created a fun experience with their different type of donuts! A little pricey but definitely worth it!

Better off at a grocery store bakery. Both donuts were hard and old. Apple fritter was burnt! Place is dark and dingy and coffee machine was out of order. Never again

Difficult to find with a very small sign on a very large building. Donuts are good, but there was no coffee ready at 9 a.m.??

I was there at 4am and the gentleman that waited on me was quick efficient and friendly. There was another employee that was not so professional but I have to say the one that waited on me did not let it affect his demeanor. 5 stars for him.

The first time I ever had Hurts donuts was at this location, and they are very memorable. While others try, I think Hurts is probably the only donut that consistently wows with their variety and creativity of donuts, as well as how fresh and delicious they are. I always opt for the cinnamon frosted donuts. But, I like the fruit pebbles and smores. Last time I was here it wasn't as busy as I expected it to be, but I am told their can be a rush, and to get there early for best selections.

It took a minute to find this donut shop since it's inside what looks like an old court house. The donut were good but very expensive. I understand everything is getting crazy expensive but donut prices are getting out of control. A dozen donut is over $30

Awesome selection. I've been craving a maple bacon donut for months (pregnant,) and they were out when I got there ? We live an hour away. Moral of the story, call ahead!

Had my first experience at hurts last night, and it was amazing! Great service, she really gave me a run down on all my options when I was overwhelmed, and lead me down a great path. Best donuts I've ever had honestly. I'm already planning on coming again real soon. Special thank you to Nicole, who made me feel at home in a brand new space :)

Very good, creatively made donuts right at the heart of downtown Lincoln. Each donut type available here is a creative concoction of delicious sugary\doughy goodness with even more creative names. They have many traditional types of donut but also many that are custom donuts and they're all delicious. Actually....I haven't tried them all but now consider it a challenge.
