The food was great, but the service was worse than terrible. Waitress spent most of her time sitting and ignoring us. The hostess did most of the work… Wish I had seen her on way out would have given her a tip.

Stopped in during a weekday when there were only a handful of customers. Ordered meals for 2 people. A few minutes later, the waitress came back because she had forgotten what one of us had ordered. 45 minutes later, people who had come in well after us were being served and I went to the counter to ask if our order had been placed. Was told that they were still waiting on the part of our order that consisted of eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. Finally got food, and the order that they were waiting on was entirely wrong. (Not the half of the order that she asked to clarify at the beginning.) We'll pass on IHOP next time we're looking for breakfast.

They were a little too over attentive. Asked if everything was OK from two different people 8 times in a half hour. So if you're a needy outer this is the place to go. However, it took forever to pay the bill.

Arrived shortly after noon and seated promptly. Server promptly greeted & brought our drinks which were 2 waters. After taking our order, we waited at least 30+ minutes for our food. (Several empty tables were noted) We were patient, and our server checked back twice, promising our food was being played. Finally, another server close by noticed we had been waiting a long time, and he went to check. Then we got our food, and at this point my water needed refilling. Our original server brought the food & we asked for silverware. She left & after a minute or so, came back with a handful of silverware piled on napkins. We had to sort through it. When she checked back I asked for a water refill. She took my glass, and after a couple minutes the previous other server again noticed we were discussing the water, and he kindly went and got me some. Food tasted ok. Took too long, and poor service. We are understanding of extenuating circumstances, but probably won't return.

Worst service ever!!! Every time I visit, they are short-staffed, with just one or two people working. Absolutely ridiculous...I can't believe we lost Jimmy's Egg to these losers!!! And now they've eliminated I hoppy hour and there's a new $6 menu with no variety at all. Done here.

Some of the worst service I've ever had. It took over 15 minutes to get our drinks and other 30 to be able to place our order as the gentleman took other orders that were seated after us first. I asked for strawberry syrup a solid 5 times and after another 30 minutes wait and three wrong condiments, finally got some. The "pancakes" we're about as thin as crepes as a result burnt. Meanwhile my nieces waffle was barely done. I asked for cheese with my scrambled eggs and was SHOCKED to see two pieces of unmelted American thrown on top sloppily. My father's caramel and butter hot chocolate was accidentally pumpkin and he was unable to get a refill, nor could I get my water refilled. The other serber couldn't be bothered to do anything except roll silverware and flirt woth one of the men that came in. I had the pleasure of listening to the waiter and kitchen staff argue about why there was food up and who it belonged to... Very disappointing all around. We will not be returning.

Just went to have breakfast/lunch, they were very behind, waited over 40 mins for our food, never got our hash browns (which comes with what we ordered), side of biscuits and gravy never arrived, sides of bacon never arrived, waitress never came and ask if we needed refills which we did needed like 3 kids refills, when they brought our ticket we asked to discount 2 hash browns and all they did was take a $1 off, tried to talk to the MANAGER and he acted mad like it was our fault ??? NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT IHOP WHAT A JOKE OF MANAGEMENT

Maple pumpkin cheesecake. That's all I need to say. Gey you some. And Marshall is our favorite waiter. He needs his own comedy show! He's a wonderful young man and knows IHOP dishes inside and out.

Dietary restrictions: Low cholesterol, keto friendly you name the diet, they got the entrees.
Kid-friendliness: They love children. Lots of seating for kids including booster chairs, high chairs and chairs that accommodate car seats for infants.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking, easy to get a wheelchair in and out and right up to your table.
