Our server was spectacular! So courteous and attentive. He stopped by every few minutes to see if we needed anything, but didn't linger and make things awkward or uncomfortable. The food was good, as usual, and the atmosphere there is quite pleasant.

I accidentally ordered a pick up for the wrong location, which was extremely out-of-the-way for me. I spoke with Azaria who helped me out so much by having jt made at the location I meant to order from and was extremely fast. I was super thankful because the food would not have been good to drive 40+ minutes.

Went there after the storm and power outage for food and coffee. Waited forever. Staff seemed busy watching the plates at the kitchen and weren't the best serving tables. We ordered early so the food would arrive when others in our party would also arrive. The 5 orders we had took 42 minutes (pinpointed from texts sent) to get to us from ordering to table. The kitchen was definitely prioritizing pickup orders ahead of those in the place. If kids were not in our party and already hangry, we would have left earlier. There were other kids also saying they were hungry and visibly cranky so it was not just our table. Other tables that sat about the same time as ourselves also had long wait times.
When the food arrived, much was overdone from sitting under a heat lamp for a long time.
The good: the coffee was some of the better coffee I've had in a breakfast restaurant/diner. I just couldn't get as much as I wanted as I had trouble flagging down a server.

The food and the service is great, the people are nice, so I give it 5 stars based on that. However, every other time we go in it smells so bad like sewage. I don't know if it's the way they're cleaning the bathrooms, if they're not using clean mops/rags, or if they just have a recurring issue with the bathrooms or drains. We got to a point where we were going at least 3-4 times a month to now we avoid it for long lengths of time hoping that when we go back the smell would be gone. It's hard to eat when everything smells like sewage.

Prices to low. Impossible parking, not cool for new cars. Thank God I was able to get a bar seat. And most importantly of all actually, they make your eggs slimy or snotty or undercooked as with all IHOPs if you ask for them to be a little extra cooked. Never order over medium, they do the same.

We were a mothers day large party, the cooks were a bit overwhelmed, and the meals were a bit salty, but as to be expected, for the holiday. Our waitress, Isabel, did a great job of keeping us informed and our glasses full up to the time we left. Props to her for keeping her cool
