I gotta ya, this is a nice restaurant. I noticed when we came in how nice the tables were set and how clean the restaurant looked. We were seated right away, ordered quickly and received the food before too long. The food was super and the price was fair. Our server was professional and attentive. We will be back.
It took forever to get a simple order. Indeed the ingredients of their food is low quality. Their omelette has no taste at all.

I ordered from this location twice and both times my order was messed up. I contacted the store and they told me they’d refund me in full for both orders with a gift card in the mail. I got the gift card and it isn’t worth even half of what I spent on these two meals. Will not be returning to this location.

The food was good. Service was excellent! The atmosphere feels more like a cafeteria. I realize this is a restaurant that is in a strip mall so they're limited on what they can change, but it's definitely stark and sparsely decorated.

Of course Saturday morning is a busy time for an IHOP but we were a party of 4 and got seated immediately. I thought maybe that was a good sign, but after ordering drinks and being asked twice in a couple minutes if I was ready to order, having the server disappear for over 15 minutes was strange.
Then after finally being able to order, we waited over half an hour (probably close to 45 minutes for food, but since I didn't have a timer set I'm being generous). For two omelettes, a kids pancake and a chicken fried steak.
When it arrived, I had one bite of my scrambled eggs only to find a hair mixed in. Overall the experience was disappointing and gross and we will not be back. Also, I get inflation is a thing but $67 for 4 people to eat some eggs and pancakes is ridiculous.
