This is a great location and I'm glad Lincoln finally got an IHOP on the south side of town. Evenings are usually not very busy when we go and the service is always to notch with a short wait time on the great food.

Food was great and the space was very well-kept. Clementine was a great server and deserves a raise! We're out here all the way from Massachusetts, and she's been the friendliest and kindest server we've seen while we've been here.

Very good pesto veggie eggs benedict. Exactly what I wanted. Friendly service and quite chatty and attentive but I wasn't in the mood to chat. It's a good IHOP location. Well done
Vegetarian options: They have the impossible sausage and burger and a DELICIOUS pesto eggs benedict. I always like to get a side of broccoli so that's nice, too. I wish there was a biscuit option for vegetarians, but I bet they'd make a substitution.
