Ordered on a busy night and they went out off their way to get me my order. And when it arrived it was amazing! Would 100% recommend, great food amazing people.

Poor management and apparently he’s been there since day one. Customer retention is definitely not his strong suit. Paid for my cookies in advance, never received them multiple attempts later I just gave up on the incompetence
Young manager but lost a customer for life over 12 cookies, or approx $4.
Cookies are good and I like the icecream, but I feel like it lacks specialisation to make it stand out (other than the purple icecream) to make up for price, but it was a nice experience ^^
Worst experience ever the guy that was working was rude and wasn't helpful at all. Usually when somebody says it's the first time you help them out but no he didn't help and had no idea what was good or sold out just had to guess what was good!

Great cookies and knowledgable/attentive staff! Staff member answered all my questions and gave me recommendations accordingly. They also have a rewards app, earned two cookies from my first trip. In comparison to Crumbl, they’re lighter and not as heavy. Overall great cookies, clean store, and helpful staff.
Good cookies. Prices seem a bit high but you do get a good sized cookie. I'm also old and cheap. The store is really bright so I don't think I would hang out.
