Really enjoyed ITSUMO. Enjoyed the ramen. Tranquil vibe /atmosphere, had one of the exotic mushroom Ramen bowls, Saki, etc.
Gyoza is excellent. The bau and fried are okay, but just not my taste.
Chicken Ramen was not good. Chicken was dry and broth was bland. They also make you place your to go order online.
Make sure to try the pork belly!!
Not the greatest, but not the worst. I didn't have high expectations. Bowl wasn't preheated and was chipped. Soup got cold fast because of lack of warming. This was in May, I worry what it would be like in winter. Decent environment. Staff seemed to be nonplussed. Menu was compact, which usually is a good thing, but there was a lack of execution. Had the tonkatsu ramen which is the standard I base ramenya on. The broth was thin and the chasu was a bit dry and tough.
Their tonkotsu ramen has a strong piggish odor and tastes. It makes everything in the ramen taste GROSS. The soup and noodles taste like that and the pork belly had no flavor and was dry and tough. Only the egg was edible to be honest. It’s super gross and I’ll NEVER come back.
The taste is not bad but it does not contain good protein
It's a decent noodle soup, but it's not a Japnese ramen. It's a Chinese noodle soup. 1/5 as a Japanese ramen, but it's a 4/5 as a Chinese noodle soup.

this place needs competition so bad, they serve average food. if that. I tried the umami mushroom pork belly ramen and the broth was so weak. there were 3 pieces of bork belly which were delicious, and then half a sad,dry soft boiled egg with a mountain of room temperature mushrooms. service was great but other than that, i would have no reason to come back to itsumo. be better! pretend there is another shop around the corner because yall are serving mediocre food that lacks personality. vegetable gyosas were delightful.

A pretty solid ramen place. I got the stir fried ramen while my husband got the Naruto ramen. Both appetizers we ordered (pork gyoza and fried calamari) were amazing, too. Our bowls were empty before we left. 🍜 Saddened to see that the cucumber lemonade drink (non-alcoholic) wasn't on the menu anymore though.

This is the best ramen I’ve ever had! I had the udon noodles, which were perfectly chewy, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The side dishes were especially delicious. I highly recommend everyone to come and enjoy this amazing food! The service at this place is also fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Meh. Decent broth. Noodles are sub par. If you've had real Japanese ramen this is no where close.
Could be good with better noodles and actually using Japanese rice instead of jasmine for don buri.

Delicious, deep flavored ramen. Not my favorite noodle but darn close. Rich broth that is not too salty. Spice levels are customized and appropriate.
Lots of options to customize each bowl, savory egg was slightly harder than I like but still very good.
Excellent service, great orices! Recommend!
