The taste is not bad but it does not contain good protein

It's a decent noodle soup, but it's not a Japnese ramen. It's a Chinese noodle soup. 1/5 as a Japanese ramen, but it's a 4/5 as a Chinese noodle soup.

this place needs competition so bad, they serve average food. if that. I tried the umami mushroom pork belly ramen and the broth was so weak. there were 3 pieces of bork belly which were delicious, and then half a sad,dry soft boiled egg with a mountain of room temperature mushrooms. service was great but other than that, i would have no reason to come back to itsumo. be better! pretend there is another shop around the corner because yall are serving mediocre food that lacks personality. vegetable gyosas were delightful.

A pretty solid ramen place. I got the stir fried ramen while my husband got the Naruto ramen. Both appetizers we ordered (pork gyoza and fried calamari) were amazing, too. Our bowls were empty before we left. 🍜 Saddened to see that the cucumber lemonade drink (non-alcoholic) wasn't on the menu anymore though.

This is the best ramen I’ve ever had! I had the udon noodles, which were perfectly chewy, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The side dishes were especially delicious. I highly recommend everyone to come and enjoy this amazing food! The service at this place is also fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Meh. Decent broth. Noodles are sub par. If you've had real Japanese ramen this is no where close.
Could be good with better noodles and actually using Japanese rice instead of jasmine for don buri.

Delicious, deep flavored ramen. Not my favorite noodle but darn close. Rich broth that is not too salty. Spice levels are customized and appropriate.

Lots of options to customize each bowl, savory egg was slightly harder than I like but still very good.

Excellent service, great orices! Recommend!

Had the tan tan men and the chashu fried rice. Tan tan men broth want to spicy, and I added an egg. Enough for some leftovers later. Very yummy. I also got a gua bao! The kim chi wasn't too spicy and it's such a good little appetizer. I ate too fast to take a picture of it tho lol

Vegetarian options: Thera a couple vegetarian options

Parking: Some parking, free on Sunday but would need to plug the meter other days. 2hr parking meters.

I would definitely go again. Dinner was delicious. Also ordered seaweed salad and spicy edamame. The edamame was not particularly spicy but it was yummy!

Great ramen place in Lincoln. Food came out quick and was made fresh. Plenty of indoor seating and a small patio space outside.

There is some street parking out front.

This location has housed a handful of ramen places, but ITSUMO is by far the best. My partner introduced me to the tan tan men with pork belly, chili paste/sauce and extra sweet cabbage - it's all I order. I think about how tasty it is at random. I crave it. The pricing is fair and the portions are quite large. The food always tastes very fresh and homemade. If I could eat here everyday I 100% would. Make a trip to ITSUMO - you won't regret it.
