The ice cream itself was solid but it was very overpriced and the service was weirdly standoffish.

This place does everything right. Not only is the ice cream fantastic, but they offer you a 4% discount for paying with cash, which is a breath of fresh air from the jamming a credit card fee down your throat after the fact. Tip culture is out of control - at this place, they went out of their way to point out that tipping is optional and how to skip the menu. I did tip, BTW.

I walked in for my birthday, was looking for something around the Butter Pecan realm of flavors. Was suggested I get the Cashew Butter. Knock your dick off good. No question about it. Cashew Butter 8.8/10

If you love home made ice cream, this is where you want to go to have some of the freshest in Lincoln. The staff are friendly, the location and atmosphere are excellent for an after meal treat if you are in the Haymarket. The flavors do not disappoint. Been coming for years, and every trip is worth it.

What a great little local ice cream shop. Different flavors every day with some mainstays. Staff was very courteous and helpful, allowing multiple samples to ensure we liked what we ordered. We liked it so much, we went back on our weekend trip to Lincoln.

People here are wonderful. This is my FAVORITE ice cream of all time. Dutch chocolate is my fave. I have yet to try their cream sodas. But all their other flavors are delish. Creamiest ice cream I ever had! Also, the price is going to look pricey. However, for location and what you're getting... It's worth it. I literally drive an hour just to come here.Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten and dairy free options!

I like coming here to get ice cream when I visit Lincoln. Such unique, tasty flavors! However I had a bad experience with one of the employees. I came with my family to celebrate. My sister was asking to sample some flavors and the employee told her “can you just tell me everything you want to try so I don’t have to go back and forth”. Okay, fine. She didn’t want to keep turning around to get a spoon. However, when she asked my friend if he wanted a cup or a cone, he didn’t hear so he asked her to repeat what she said and she rolled her eyes. Her patience must’ve been wearing thin but I was excited for my family to try this place and for them to be treated this way is a bummer.

We are driving through on a major road trip. I would highly recommend anyone doing so to stop into the historic Hay market district in downtown Lincoln if you are craving some ice cream. This place is world-class. Excellent ice cream excellent service it really doesn't get any better than this. The flavors are so clever and delicious. They make their ice cream on site.

During my last trip to Lincoln, I saw this charming ice cream place in the middle of the farmers market. Today, I decided to visit the shop and it was a delightful visit. The store was decorated for Hallpween and had a pleasant atmosphere. There were so many ice cream flavors such as cinnamon, cinnamon roll latte, avocado, lemon custard, and brittle bone (marshmallow base). Flavors are constantly changing. My son got a cinnamon milkshake, for which they use 1 pound of ice cream, and he sure was happy. This will become an official STOP for my upcoming trips to NE.

the ice cream is good as always and delicious but recently the customer service has been horrible!!!beforehand, i remember walking in and seeing such friendly faces and smiles. even the feeling of the environment was so uplifting! i haven’t seen any of those employees there recently and you can tell they’re gone. the new employees i’ve been seeing don’t have a single bit of basic attending skills and truly act annoyed as you order. i tried giving it a chance the first time but going back again i realized it wasn’t just an off day rather its new staff with no sense of what kept people coming back in the past.

We stopped in the evening and the line was not too bad. The sign outside the shop said to look online for an explanation of the flavors. There was no explanation on the store's FB page that I could see. We asked the people behind the counter and we couldn't really hear their reply. One person in our party got the wrong kind of ice cream - asked for Cereal Killer and got Sunday Garden. He was a good sport about it. The ice cream was really creamy. We still can't figure out what Sunday Garden had in it - some sort of cookie or cake, plus a dried fruit and tons of little black seeds. It wasn't bad - just not what we were expecting and we still can't figure it out. I'd go back, but next time, I will ask for a better explanation. I think the clerks were tired from a busy day.

Good product with rude customer service. I’ve witnessed several times employees be rude, but it ended when they were rude to children. A business with a model of visual acceptance and a lack of practice is at minimum disappointing, and doesn’t deserve my or my community’s business. They recently posted an instagram video demonstrating how to order with/for children. It felt like a mockery to parents with children, since an actual parent or child was casted. I would invite them to revisit their DEI etiquette. They don’t seem to want business with children(or parents), since children “hold up the line”.I hope they do reexamine their practices., so it aligns with their visual acceptance model.
