Placed a delivery order and when it arrived only two out of the three sandwiches were delivered. I understand mistakes happen my issue is with the customer service I received when I called. Rude, sarcastic, no solution given I had to ask to get a refund. Ridiculous.

Stopped in tonight and they were pretty busy. Seemed to be newer staff, but (what I assume to be) the manager did a great job at training the other employees “on the fly”. Keep up the great work; food service isn’t always fun or easy!

What looked like the restaurant's managers (based of their fancy JMs branded jackets) taking up 2 separate tables during the lunch rush with their laptops doing some sort of training is kind of awkward. let them do that from home or in the back. this is the only reason I give atmosphere 2 stars.

Other than that. Food and service was Great. its Jersey Mikes its going to take about 10 minutes for them to cook your food and your food is going to taste better for it. The other reviews that complain about it are actually kind of sad when you think about it. they are so accustomed to warm food that has been cooked in a microwave that the idea of cooking food properly doesn't even come into play in their experience.

Also this specific location is one of the few restaurant's, not just JMs, that knows that when cooking a Philly you chop up the onions so as to not have long stringy onions slithering out of the sandwich as you take a bite. It is for this reason alone that I routinely return to this location.

First time at a Jersey Mikes. Hate to say, but the ad campaign sold me. Saw they had a Chicken Bacon Ranch on the menu, and was excited to try their unique "hot grill" aspect not available at most sub shops. Unfortunately, the experience was sub par. Sandwich took about 10 minutes or more to come out, and when I got it the "chicken" was hard and chewy, and didn't resemble anything I'd call chicken. It's more like a quick steak frozen puck you get from the frozen section at the grocery store. Hate to give Subway props for anything, but at least their chicken resembles chicken... What a low bar.

Sad I passed up PepperJax for this.

The chocolate chunk cookie was the most positive aspect of my meal here.

The food is fine, most of the employees are rude. Had to ask the slicer to repeat something and it was yelled at me. Was also yelled at to get toppings by her and another employee had to tell her to be nice. People like that should not be working in customer service if you yell at hard of hearing individuals.

I usually don't leave reviews but I was in shock how rude the employees were.
I came in at 5:20 and they acted like I was an inconvenience that they had to come up from the back and work.
Looking at the reviews it's normal behavior, the food is good but I won't support a business that accepts that kind of behavior in their employees.

We tried to eat here at 7:40pm when they close at 8pm and the lights were off so we felt like they didn’t want our business so we went somewhere else.

The last few times I have come in, the service has been terrible. The staff barely even look at you. They don't welcome you, instead just talk amongst themselves. The entire experience is just awkward and uneasy. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Get it together guys.

So I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak regular size on white . And the girl who took and prepared my order decided when she was done to not ask if I wanted to have any toppings on the sandwich. And when i said you never specify in the beginning about the toppings . But that’s not the issue the issue is . That when I was eating my sandwich she decided to trash talk me in front of her coworkers about me not specifying in the beginning. So I hope she gets fired and I don’t usually worry about such things but they were all laughing it up . Bad staffing and management.

The overwhelming “oh my god seriously” I received by the ladies who were working while I walked in 10 min before they closed really made me feel welcome. I tried to call 30-45 min before they closed to set an order. They didn’t answer I also tried online but they wouldn’t let me set it for today.

lol, you work until 8 pm, this is far from terrible. I get it, it sucks, but I tried to do multiple things to make it easier instead of just coming in. It’s super funny because who I think is the manager also felt the need to be passive aggressive about it.

Honestly, I respect the fact that it sucks when you get a customer near closing, but I stayed because of how rude the welcome was, maybe treat people with respect and you’ll get it back.
