I ordered 2 sandwiches. I tried to drive to Jimmy John's on 14th St to get my sandwich and there is NO WAY to park. I have to go back to work so i called them after work to ask if i can come pick it up. Guess what, the staff said they throw my sandwiches away after couple hours. Super annoyed and frustrated and super bad service. They should figure out where to let their customers park before thinking of throwing their food away. Bye forever! Don't even deserve 1 star

I ordered and the Asian lady had an attitude. Not even waiting for my receipt to come out with the details of my specifics since I asked for no Parmesan and no Cesar dressing since I’m lactose intolerant. When making my wrap the Hispanic man accidentally added some dressing. I explain that I’m lactose intolerant and the Caucasian woman with rainbow colored hair said it didn’t matter because it was only a little bit of dressing. The Hispanic worker argued that it wasn’t okay and made a new wrap for me. I appreciate the male worker for making my order correctly knowing my food allergy. It is really sad to see the female workers uncaring and unwilling to fix a mistake. Especially taking into account that I have a food allergy.

Dietary restrictions: Be careful and check your food for dietary restrictions. Some workers listen and some don’t.

I ordered catering online and must’ve clicked the wrong date. On the same day I was expecting the food to arrive I called to confirm delivery and they made me aware of my mistake. They totally bailed me out and made my order and delivered right away. I appreciate how much of a champion move this was, as it was not a small catering order. Absolutely stellar service.

Go to vent some here I went into this Jimmy John's today and ordered a number 15 in two large drinks the cashier was very rude and was very quick to get me away from the counter the store stank like Bo extremely and all the veggies on my sandwich we're soggy and was no good we found a hair in my sandwich and when I called the manager she was so quick to get off the phone with me it wasn't even funny I would not recommend this place to anybody beware beware beware
if somebody from corporate or the owner would like to contact me not the manager that was rude as hell please feel free to reply to this and I will provide my cell phone number

Do not use this location. The manager Jessica is highly rude and unprofessional. I have talked to corporate several times and they continue to be no help saying the store owner will and they never have. They’ll lie to your face make your food wrong and steal from you. Had delivery drive forge signature and tip. When reported I got told I was a liar and then the manager called me job telling them that and said to review cameras which we had. The manager told me they’d do nothing about my orders been wrong and they’d do nothing about the driver adding a tip to my receipt which caused an overdraft. Used to love Jimmy John’s but after this experience I’ll be taking my business elsewhere because they have proven the customer doesn’t matter.

Update: funny how Jimmy John’s won’t even respond to this because they don’t want to deal with it. They also are refusing to say who the franchisee is so I can contact them directly since nothing will be done at store level and corporate Jimmy John’s says it’s there issue. No accountability at all

Update: it’s now been 2 hours and 20 minutes since ordering and still no delivery.
Super slow. Ordered at 12:15, it’s now 2:00 and no delivery yet. Called the store (#106)and was told I cannot get a refund since the food has left the store. Yeesh.

My delivery order took an hour to get to me even though I was only 4 minutes away from the store AND they forgot my chips. :( would not recommend ordering delivery from this JJ’s.

1 ordered the bundle payed 60.10 for 10 mini sandwhiches . ordered over the phone , lady said they dont put mayo on there sandwhiches . her mistake because ive worked for jimmy johns before and i know they come with mayo .2 brought me my food but didnt even have change so he gave me my food left his bag with me , brought me my change back and didnt even want his delivery bag back ???? started eating the food and tasted like stale bread . like i was eating bread straight from 2 days ago . wasnt fresh and it was crunchy and not the good type of crunch example id give is like nuts and bread together . 0/10 Never eating here again . disappointed wish i could get my money back that was disgustingthey didnt even bring the complementary pickle its supposed to come with

So I've ordered from here for delivery like I have done so before and I waited by my door for the delivery person and I never got my order. After 10pm, which I should've gotten my order by then, I tried calling the store. After 2 minutes and 10 seconds of ringing after getting off the automated voice menu, there's no voicemail, the phone just hangs up. I called 3 times and the same thing happened. No one called or texted me about trying to find my house, which they delivered to before. The app said it had been delivered as I'm standing at my door, waiting for my order. So I cannot get a hold of them to see what happened to my order or get a refund since I did NOT receive my order. I just want my damn order, they better give me my money back for this.

Rude, apathetic employees and poor management. Acted as if they had better things to fill their time with than helping customers. Only memorable employee name was a Jessica-seemed to be the most apathetic. Better off going to a different JJ
