I tried, and honestly, I tried to like this location(drive-thru). They have gotten the order wrong 3 times in a row now. Wrong chips and wrong sizes, forget to add or remove. The orders are quite simple(all freebies, please), and they get it wrong. They also don't review. Just tell you the price and move along. Last time before this, I parked my car, reviewed the items, and had to go back in because they gave me the wrong sandwich. This time, they got the chips wrong and 3 sandwhiches wrong.It's either a lack of training or care. Maybe both.

This place doesn't even deserve the single star. I ordered on the app and received a call about two minutes later explaining my order would not be made or delivered. 28 second phone call and then the guy just hung up. I think this qualifies as the worst service I've received anywhere.

Waited 45mins for my food delivery! When food arrived it came incorrect. Called to discuss my incorrect order, whoever answered the phone answered unprofessionally saying “yaaaaa,” when answering my call. Horrible customer service! I’m sure when you work for a company or anywhere in life you don’t answer the phone to greet a paying customer saying “yaaaaa.” Train your employees the simple things in life
Ordered at 11:24am and received my sandwich at 12:17pm, nearly an hour later. I called the store to let the manager know that my sandwich took nearly an hour which isn't "freaky fast" and he just said "we dropped that slogan" and hung up on me. The sandwiches aren't that good... Good Cents is wayyyyyy better. So, if you can no longer deliver quickly, I no longer have a reason to dine with you. Good news is that Good Cents has an app too, so I'll be deleting JJ's.

We haven't gone to Jimmy John's in a while because they constantly get out order wrong; this time was no exception. The guy at the counter looked like he didn't want to be there, never greeted me, and barely spoke loud enough to be heard over the blaring music. I had to ask him "do you work here?" before ordering. He put in my order incorrectly, charged me for more sandwiches than I ordered, and the sandwich guys gave me the wrong sandwiches, so I had to make another trip back to the restaurant to get it fixed. Luckily, the guy working the counter was gone, and the other three that were working were very apologetic and got the order fixed. Although they were helpful after the fact, it's just not worth it to go here knowing something wrong will inevitably happen.
