Increasing more disappointed with Jimmy John's. If you're going to charge almost $40 for two meals you have to get it right. It's annoying to pay that much and then have to drive all the way back to the store because the order was missing the cheese and bacon we paid extra for. Things like this happen more often than it should for how much they are charging. I've had times where deliveries were missing a sandwich (we only order two) or extras like chips/cookies/drinks.

The woman taking my order didn’t even let me finish before telling me to pull around. Then i get to the window and she hands me the entire card reader and just walks away, after 5 minutes she comes back and takes it and gives me my food. Just to find out the food sucks. I have never been so disappointed with such a basic sandwich, a toddler could have done better.

Paid $16 for a bag of chips, drink and a sandwich. The sandwich had almost NO MEAT. Like seriously??? You are gonna charge me an arm and a leg for a sandwich and then not even make it right? Just shut this location down cause they cant even get a single sandwich correct

I'm not coming back to Jimmy johns ever again, what warrants $28 for a plain sandwich with lettuce and tomato on it and chips? You charged me for cheese with your 3 ingredient sandwich... For $10 more I could of went to a sit down restaurant.

We came in at 9:20 tonight on April 27th, and they said we couldn’t do 2 seperate orders because it was too late when they don’t close for another 40 minutes? And also it’s just two different transactions… you’re making the same thing. One person said we could then a girl cut in and said we couldn’t. I’ve worked fast food for 4 years so I know what it’s like when customers come in late…. But almost an hour before close? There was no need to be so rude.

Drive the extra 5 minutes up to 70th and A and avoid this location. Very small portions compared to the A st/south location and the prices are 2-4 dollars more per item.

Very sad with this jimmys johns trip! I ordered a club lulu with cheese. The club lulu has bacon, turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo on it. When I opened my sandwich there was only lettuce and tomatoes. Very disappointed considering I payed for the sandwich with meat and the extra 1.29 for cheese too. Service was fine, just disappointing to not get way you pay your hard earned dollars for.
