The guy taking my drive-thru order was rude. He kept interrupting me with “Is that all” every other sentence. Very monotonous and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. It also seemed like he didn’t know much about the menu, as he wasn’t very helpful with my questions.

Poor excuse of a sandwich. I paid $10 for something I could have made at home. It’s as if they were running out of ingredients and used the few rations they had left. There’s no way the portions call for that little. I also didn’t like how at the payment, the POS system asks for tips first before processing the actual payment. Seems a bit intrusive for work that hasn’t been done yet. Needless to say, I will probably not return to this location. Customer service was ok at checkout though.

Had terrible customer service from cashier “Noah”. Sat in drive-through for 2-3 minutes without anyone saying anything, not a huge deal but you expect a small apology, after waiting and asking if anyone can hear us several times, Noah says “Jimmy John’s”, nothing else. We order, Noah says “total will be at the window”. After saying the price at the window, Noah says nothing else. It’s not difficult to say hello, thank you, etc.

They are always fast and friendly. We have had a few issues with forgotten items or sandwiches made wrong but they are always friendly and fix the issues weather it’s bringing back the item or adding a credit to my account

I frequent this JJ location as it is the one closest to my home. The last two times have been extremely disappointing. I would love to talk with the manager but do not see any contact info to do so. Today I ordered the sandwich that I always order, a Slim 5. Unwrapped the sandwich and noticed there was one slice of meet and cheese, it was the saddest looking sandwich I've ever seen. I went into the restaurant with my sandwich and the gal at the register says "that's how the slim 5 always is made." I tried to explain to her that this is not what I usually receive when I order this sandwich, and also tried to explain that if you look up the slim 5 on the menu, you'd also see this is not the expectation. She was not helpful, so I paid an additional $3 for extra meat so that I could eat the sandwich I paid for that also came on nasty, old bread. Needless to say, I will be driving further next time I want Jimmy Johns. Visit was 9/8/24 at 130pm.

$16.40 for a sandwich, drink, and chips is ridiculous. Pricing is outrageous. The sandwich is basic and overpriced

Usually my husband loves to get the #9 Italian sandwich but we’ve been cutting our calorie intake and decided to do the same sandwich as a uniwich (lettuce instead of bread). We were told by staff the uniwich would be under 350 calories but when we did our research to log our calories it ended up being 650 calories.

we ORDERED 2 jalapeño ranch chicken wraps & 2 salt & vinegar chips through the drive thru. we RECEIVED plain chips & both wraps tasted like they used TUNA instead of chicken… very disappointed. $28 for stuff we just threw away.

Order a roast beef. It's suppose to come with provolone cheese but none was on it. The bread was hard and crusty and very little lettuce and tomatoes in it too. Also, the prices have gone up. It's not what it used to be. I will have to stick with Jersey Mike's.
