Usually my husband loves to get the #9 Italian sandwich but we’ve been cutting our calorie intake and decided to do the same sandwich as a uniwich (lettuce instead of bread). We were told by staff the uniwich would be under 350 calories but when we did our research to log our calories it ended up being 650 calories.

I got delivery from this location. I gave about a $4 tip. Didn’t receive my soda but got a straw which I find funny. Gave me the wrong type of cookie. Called location and put on hold. Ended up driving to the location and they weren’t even busy they could have answered my call. Very unsatisfied with my order. Someone needs to double check orders

Order a roast beef. It's suppose to come with provolone cheese but none was on it. The bread was hard and crusty and very little lettuce and tomatoes in it too. Also, the prices have gone up. It's not what it used to be. I will have to stick with Jersey Mike's.
Pretty solid IMO since I believe most are in decline.

Terrible customer service. All three of my kids sandwiches were not made how I asked. When I went up to ask for the correct sandwiches I was made to feel as if it was my fault. The person addressing me was incredibly rude telling me they wanted the sandwiches back in order to make me new sandwiches for my kids. We didn’t have time to wait any longer and we just threw the sandwiches away and a refund wasn’t even offered. So happy the Jimmy John’s where I live actually treat their customers with respect.

I travel to Lincoln at least twice a week for business and have been coming to the Jimmy John’s for a while. I can say this location or franchise definitely needs improvement and ALL NEW staff! I’ve gone to Jimmy John’s in the past and never treated so rudely!The teenagers working here don’t care about anything related to this brand. Tonight, I paid cash and literally had my change thrown at me. I asked for my order to go and asked for a bag and they are so lazy, they pointed to the bags behind the counter and told me to grab it myself.Corporate definitely needs to step in and deal with this fiasco!
