Ordered a large sandwich tray for my son's going away party. He has joined the asked forces and is shipping out so. I have to say I DO NOT recommend using Jimmy Johns. Communication is definitely not their strong suit! I wanted only 4 of the pieces to be unwhiches for a family member who cannot have the bread. When we got the tray there was over 12! The other guests wanted regular sandwiches. Ended up throwing away a bunch! Called to voice my disappointment and pretty darn sure it was for nothing! Didn't seem to care, nor matter. Just very disappointed in the overall experience!!!

I love JJ's, but the slogan "Freaky Fast" is no longer relevant. An order from a location 8 miles away takes 40 minutes to receive and is "out for deliver" for 30 minutes of that?

Last two orders from this place have been less than enjoyable been missing whole sandwich’s from orders. Completely done tipping for below par service management did give us a credit which is great but twice? Seriously and people think fast food deserves high wages for service like this?
