Sandwich was good but the delivery was extremely slow. I live under a mile from the store, food ordered at 1:19 pm, out for delivery at 1:24 pm, delivered at 2:00 pm! I understand a driver may have multiple deliveries but 36 minutes is crazy slow. That’s like, ice melts in your fountain drink slow.

The girl working the drive through was rude and sounded annoyed that we were even there. She made us repeat our first order 3 times and they still forgot the chips. I understand that the speaker is sometimes bad and I would have looked past it if she hadn’t been rude. She didn’t even say anything to us at the window. Just felt weird about the whole situation. Plus the drive through took a pretty long time for 2 sandwiches.

I’ve been here twice now, and both times the sandwich was incredibly dry. I’ve been to many other Jimmy John’s before and usually their sandwiches are delicious, but both times I’ve been here they’ve been dry and flavorless.

I've eaten at many sub shops but this one has left a permanent bad taste in my mouth way before I even took a bite. I was inside eating when a lady came in claiming a kid joked about putting drugs and asbestos in her food. The kid and managers didn't deny what they said. Tampering with food is no joking matter. This disturbed me so much that I had to leave. Just go to Jersey Mike's where the food is good, fast, and no threats of being literally poisoned. You lost my business, and others who saw how this was handled. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
