Haven't even tried my food, but assume it's subpar to standard Jimmy Johns. Showed up to pick up my to go order, order got lost. Gentleman at the register was typing in another order with gloved hands, one in his pocket. Asked my sandwich order to remake it, continue to use both hands, one that was in his jean pocket, to grab bread. I immediately asked his to throw that bread away and change gloves. Had to tell him my order, which included the jalapeño ranch, and cut in half, which neither were done. He gave me a side of jalapeño ranch, which will suffice. Will not be back.

Food is ok. Every time I’ve walked in there the staff is high. Once I stood there waiting for over 8 minutes and no one was there. I heard them out back.

I ordered an unwich and they did not have lettuce large enough to make the lettuce wrap but made it anyway without telling customer. I opened it up and it might as well have been a salad. I couldn't pick it up with my hands. Had to get a fork to eat it. The staff could care less that they turned out a sub par product and told me I could unwrap it slowly and eat it that way. It fell apart when opened. I asked for a larger piece of lettuce and the staff said they didn't have any. First time I've had a bad experience at a Jimmy Johns. Would not go back here to this location.

Kaden, Jonah, and Michael did a phenomenal job today on our catering order. They don’t even open until 1030 but the guys got it done for me in crunch time. Excellent customer service thank you Jimmy John’s on Pine Lake.

The Pine Lake location has comically terrible delivery service. On the occasions that we order delivery we have straws on standby at home as you might get them about 10% of the time. Don't even think about getting napkins with your food, and be careful ordering extra things like cookies the chances of them making it in your order are just as bad. Asolutely no quality control beyond the sandwich... they wanna be so freaky fast they overlook the simple things. These are the types of places that tipping beforehand is infuriating when service is so subpar.

Above and beyond. Great customer service. I ordered online on 11/14/23 at 4:12 pm for my daughter to pick up between her high school events. 2 hours later, I got a call from this JJ location to let me know that it hadn’t been picked it up yet. That is above and beyond to me. Thank you to the female employee for reaching out to me. This is one of my favorite locations in town.
