Completely unexpected quality and deliciousness from a hotel bar/restaurant. We had filet steak, French onion soup, sour cream mashed potatoes and house salads. Everything was exceptional. Get the butter added to your steak!

After a show at the Lied Center, we decided to go to Single Barrel for dinner. We started with the cornbread, which was delicious. I preferred the jalapeño jam, but the sour cream butter and caramelized honey were good as well. I got the honey marinaded pork chop, which was cooked well. It was a little over seasoned for my taste but still delicious. It came with asparagus and sour cream mashed potatoes. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes were amazing. I have added a picture of my meal when it arrived tableside.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to our next visit.

Extremely disappointed look at the menu off of Google and none of the menu items was available. Instead high priced items. No bbq. Got up and went to Lazlow's better variety less money.
Not cheap, but the best steak you'll ever have. Butter sirloin, omg. One of the best old fashions I've had too with a great bourbon selection. Love this place.

In town for the huge Colorado vs Nebraska ? game. Googled top restaurants in Lincoln, NE. Single Barrel was right at the top and deservedly so! That pork chop was divine! My girl got the ribeye ? and took a bite of my pork chop. Needless to say, she was disappointed in her choice after experiencing that pork chop. Not to say the ribeye was bad but that pork chop was out of this world! ???

The food was good, we both ordered the prim rib steak and salad for lunch, the steaks came out as ordered, but if this place wasn't downtown it would be half the price anywhere else. I would say the food and atmosphere do not justify the price, it's about 30% too expensive.

Came in for quick eats while we're in Lincoln for the day. All together, we ordered the classic burger, steak melt, caesar salad & chicken sandwich. Very quick service, although besides one other table, we were the only ones there at 1pm. The server was very friendly & accommodating. She checked on us about 3 or 4 times during the 40ish minutes we spent there. The food took a bit to come out, but nothing longer than expected. server was very quick with refills!! Overall, this was a very pleasant experience for all of us. That burger was DELECTABLE, definitely in my top 5.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp entrance to the door!

Food was overpriced for quality given, however not horrible tasting. Although Food seemed to be right off Sysco truck. Atmosphere was extremely lacking and no drink menu provided for bragging about 300 Bourbons available. No large Ice cube offered for ordering on the rocks. Extremely average meal for 50 Dollars a person. Service was only bright spot. Outstanding service from staff. Not upset, just an honest review.. Thank you.

we made a reservation for july 4th at 7:30 - they were closing at 8 pm for the holiday. We walked in, greeted with a smile and a hello. We asked if it was still okay to sit down because we did not know when we made the reservation that they were closing at 8, until we were saw the notice on the door. She smiled and said of course, come on in! Then the waiter could not have been nicer and happier to see us. Like truly happy to see us. not fake and not annoyed. THEN to top it all off, the food was just heavenly. And I do not eat meat that often while dining out and I ordered the Medallians. WOW just wow! SO good. My friend and I were driving across the country and were tired from 12 hour day of driving and we could not have found a nicer place on the holiday night. Wonderful. Recommend truly.
The food is delicious Very satisfying. We ordered the cornbread as an appetizer. It came w 3 spreads. All delicious! We ate the brisket grilled cheese and split. Our friends had the Butter Ribeye. Cooked very well. As ordered. We would return Decent drinks. We got in on happy hour which made it even better. I like the bourbon drinks that are spin-offs from other typical recipes.
