Food was not hot- they were not busy. Ordered the brisket grilled cheese- it was roast beef- not smoked. Absolutely horrible. Appetizers were cold. We had decent service. Do not recommend this vevue.

Both my husband's dish (shells and shells) and my dish (mushroom ravioli) were ridiculously salty. My ravioli also had so many onions that were undercooked and crunchy that I left more than half of them in the bowl. Overall, not that impressed with the food quality for the prices they're charging.

I'm in town for work. I was hungry. I was hesitant. A steak house at the hotel. Reviews were good. My expectations were low on the food, high on the drinks. Let's start with I was SHOCKED!!!Bourbon was of course amazing. Confirmed. Had a barrel mule (Kentucky mule /bourbon mule if you don't know what that is). Fantastic.Food. Honestly, one of the better steaks I've had at restaurant. In the top 10 for sure. I'm a steak snob. Usually, I'm disappointed when I get restaurant steak. Single Barrel delivered! The sirloin was amazing. Ordered Medium Rare. On point!! Side salad was delicious. As was the mashed potatoes with the sirloin.Service was great. Everything about it. I'd recommend and come back.

It was our first time eating here and was honestly kinda disappointed. We ordered a Ribeye and we got it and it was tough and tasted more like a sirloin. We asked the waitress but she was not really helpful, and didn’t really seem to care.It was really disappointing, and needless to say we not will not be back.Not to mention it was a little expensive for what you got.

Best bourbon selection for a small size restaurant. I am a bourbon nerd and have about 70 bottles myself. The single barrel has mucm more than that and the selection is incredible. The bartender let me have two pours of Weller Special reserve which is extremely hard to find. I also had one of the best burgers ive had. I drank the bourbon at the bar but they cooked me a cheeseburger late night that I was able to bring back to my room and eat. The Bourbon selection is incredible and the food is amazing. Cant recommend enough and I will be back within a year. Thanks so much single barrel and The Graduate Hotel. Best place in the country

Straight forward, no frills and excellent food/bourbon! So definitely one of the most reviewed restaurants that come up when you look for a good spot in Lincoln.It's attached to the Graduate hotel and conveniently located. The service was super friendly and inviting...huge list of great bourbon and cocktails! Now the food was all well done! We had the:Burger, salmon, bourbon chicken and prime ribeye. The bourbon chicken with dirty brisket rice was top notch. For a good meal in an inviting environment...this is the place in Lincoln.

Awesome! We had a couple of great steaks on one night, and came back a couple days later to try some other entrees. Shae was awesome, recognized us when we returned. The crew took great care of us. Oh... And they poured some great bourbon too! The PB&J was really tasty and unique, went great with a pour of Whistle Pig 10 Year.
