Tatum is an absolute rockstar of a server. Good salad, salmon, cocktail and wine. Really good experience.
My husband and I met with another couple for dinner. Each couple ordered from the Date Night menu where you share a dessert and an appetizer and have your own entree. We chose the salmon entree and it was some of the most delicious salmon I have ever tasted at a restaurant. It was deliciously paired with asparagus. We always get the blueberry pudding which is also delicious! Our server was delightful and very attentive and helpful when we were making our selections.
We enjoyed our entire experience at JTK Cuisine and Cocktails at the Haymarket!! The staff was very friendly and the food was tasty. The restaurant's location, in the train station, added ambiance.
Food was well cooked, GF options where varied and didn't feel like an afterthought. Fries were nothing to write home about, and the creme brulee was a little soft, but overall meal was good. Restaurant was quiet, and even with several other tables talking and enjoying themselves it didn't feel overly loud.
The food was not worth the price at all. I got the grilled sirloin steak with risotto and beans. The steak was ALL gristle and could not even chew it. Literally spit pieces out on my plate. The green beans and risotto were good but nothing special. My server was nice and helpful. It was $40 for just my meal and one drink. Not worth it. Plenty of other nice restaurants here to go to in Lincoln with better food. Won't be returning here or recommending it to anyone.
Well made drinks (Boulevardier and Old Fashioned,, with an impressive selection of whiskeys to call); impressive Firecracker Shrimp; perfectly prepared Top Sirloin and Pork Schnitzel with smart accompaniments (risotto, green beans, and a lemony sauce for the schnitzel). Thoughtful selections for wines by the glass; alert and attentive service by Jade.
This place is wonderful. The ambiance and atmosphere is great. Our waiter was fantastic and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.
We were EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience and dinner. The restaurant was fairly open yet the staff was running around as if packed. Everything was late...drinks, appetizers, refilling of water, checking on us and especially the main dishes. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our meal. No one acknowledged the egregious wait time nor did a manager come by to apologize. We expected much more, a true elevated steakhouse experience. We believe you have a wonderful location and opportunity for a grand dining experience but the restaurant management needs to be present and accountable and staff better trained! I don't usually leave ratings or contact restaurants but since this was such a poor experience on a momentous occasion, I felt compelled to do so.
The staff was friendly and attentive but the food took an hour to come out. I ordered the steak au pouvre and my wife wife ordered the salmon. The salmon was overcooked and dry. My steak was cooked well but it was not a good cut of meat. It was so fatty I barely ate half of the steak. We sat outside and the sunset was nice so it had a nice ambience, but we will likely not be back.
JTK has great food and drinks, and very good service. The decor is nice, but it seems too bright. The ambiance could use something...maybe darken the room and add candles to the tables?

Wonderful place for my Birthday celebration! We ordered from the Date night special. Appetizer, two entrees and dessert for $55. My Salmon was so good. Great service.
Food was amazing! Incredible wine and bourbon selections:) very comfortably priced. Hidden gem for sure!
This is our 2nd time eating here. We cannot say enough great things about JTK. From their service to their food, it's 5 stars hands down.
I chewed what I could around the gristle of the sirloin. Half of it was decent, the other half could hardly be cut with the steak knife.
We came in for a late dinner, the staff were so welcoming and we appreciated getting a table last minute.
Our waitress was wonderful, very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions.
The cocktails were AMAZING. The Tokyo Manhattan was out of this world.
Steaks were perfect, great sauce, excellent sides and wonderful desserts.
We will absolutely make a trip back to Lincoln just to eat here again.
