Always friendly and the service is fast and with a smile. Love the variety of choices there is always something there to go with whatever you are doing at the time (Post workout or just needing energy) I will grab several a week following workouts and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work.

Good smoothies for sure. The staff are courteous but sometimes when I go in they are sitting on the counters. A little pricey but at the same time I think the smoothies are worth the price.

Best smoothie shop in town that also produces cold press fruit/vegetable juices, wheatgrass shots, and other goodies. My faves are the Crosstrainer smoothie (add spinach & protein) and the dark green (kale, spinach, etc) cold press juice.
