Started coming a month ago after moving to Lincoln. Asked if they had an app that could be used, earn rewards etc. Drive thru employee said they should be getting one by the end of this year. Saw today that an app is available and downloaded it onto my phone. Signing up offered BOGO. Went through the drive thru at this location and ordered two smoothies. Pulled up and told the employee we have the app. She said they don't have a scanner for the app and never had one as long as she's been working there. Asked her when they would be getting the scanner so the app could be used at this location. She said IDK and that was it. If they didn't want to participate in the app, then a month ago the employee should have told us the app wouldn't work there because they don't have a scanner. Also, I ordered one smoothie last week and it was 6.50 for a 24 oz. Ordered today two 24 oz smoothies and was charged 14.00. You do the math. 😆
