we walked in this afternoon, I looked at my husband and asked what the smell was, it was musty and gross. the fans were blowing off of the fish, not to be graphic but it literally smelled like a used pad. Super disappointed because we usually love this place, probably won't ever be back.
Worst customer service. EVER. We walked in, I did the not subtle cough thing (which didnt even make the girl laying in the booth on her phone look) after several minutes of not being acknowledged, opened and closed the doors, seated myself AND flat out asked the girl behind the glass if they were open. She didnt flinch. Not one of the 3 employees looked up or did anything that resembled acknowledgement. Yes, you can call me a Karen. THIS is the kind of work ethic people have these days and its downright sad. We had been looking forward to eating there for several weeks! I. Am. Stunned.
Got absolutely robbed here. I’ll never go back. Food is mid at BEST. The service was the actual worst I’ve ever had.

The food was pretty good. A few things off just like the crab ragoon and chicken fried rice was below average. However kani salad and rolls were all delicious. Lots of options to choose from! Service was awful. Im a sever myself and could never imagine giving that kind of service. Giving a fork straight out of an apron is disgusting. I didnt even use it. She was rude and you could tell just wanted us out of there as soon as we walked in. We came in an hour before close because thats when I get off work but all workers were acting as if we stayed an hour past close. Left 20 before close just out of the rudeness. Not sure if we will be coming back.
