On the website they say that the closing time of the place is at 9 pm but when you arrive they tell you that the looby closes at 8 pm. Also, a lady who works there treated us very badly. It's a place I don't go to anymore.

I’m not sure if it’s the general manager or assistant but I’ve seen an older man in here multiple times that has gave me issues. He’s been very unhelpful when they mess my order up and he was especially rude and careless when they let another person pick up my online and gave me a problem when I said I was there to pick it up an they didn’t have it.

Food is always really good, hot, and fresh but the workers are very rude and honestly come off pretty hostile. Went to pick up food I had placed and they all rolled their eyes and were very snarky.

This is without a doubt the worst experience ever. The KFC on N 11th in Lincoln, NE failed in every possible way, I didnt even get food. They were out of extra crispy, biscuits and professionalism.

They got my order wrong. Forgot half my food. Gave me old Mac’ N’ Cheese. Gave me old gravy. Then after talking with a employee they went and got another employee then all of a sudden this chick came in from outside who happened to be sitting in the drive thru she claimed to be the manager she was very rude and disrespectful. When my husband and I left the lady that claimed to be the manager got back into her truck and followed me with tailgating me all the way to Van Dorn then to Highway 77 she finally quit following me once I got to the exit for Grand Island/ I 80 West. She took the exit for I 80 East. We will never eat there again!!!!

We hurried to get there before closing on night last week. It was exactly 845 pm and it said they closed at 9:00 pm
We had hooked together and get a bucket of chicken to take home as we were traveling, and they were already closed. Everything was locked up. People were gone. We were very disappointed in this chain. We thought it was ridiculous that they were close so early that would be the KFC on ninth and South here in Lincoln very poor business when they’ve made for the last 15 minutes of them being open I feel sorry for the owner
