They have discontinued a large variety of donuts and unfortunately they are the ones I like. Something about their machine and a part they can't seem to get to work. Sounds like a lame excuse so they can only make glaze varieties now. I'll never go back!

Customer service is always excellent, but the donuts aren’t the best in town. Maybe 1 out of 7 times you’ll get a dozen glazed that are truly worth it—but that’s rare, and usually not before you’ve spent $100. Lately, I’ve been really disappointed, especially with the taste of the donuts, to the point where I even took a picture. The machine is often down or they’re out of donuts, but the service remains great.

I went to Krispy Kreme when I got off work at 6am. I ordered orange glazed some kind of special for today only October 3rd.12 donuts for $12 they said they didn't have them so I ordered a dozen fall doughnuts that our on the menu. She said they don't have any of them. So then I ordered 6 glazed and 6 raspberry. They only had 2 raspberry. By this time I'm getting a little irritated because why did you send the email advertising this one day special and don't have any at 6 :30 in the morning when you just opened.

I placed an order for pick up and when my husband brought the donuts inside they were cold like taken out of a freezer they tasted stale not going to Krispy Kreme anytime soon

The donuts looked absolutely RAN THROUGH! They were skinny as a string and they had a giant hole in it! cutting out the middle of my donuts and still raising the price is absolutely effervescent!😡

Every time I’ve gone this week they’ve fully been out of every donut except pink with sprinkles, Harry Potter, and chocolate with custard filling. Somehow EVERYTHING else is completely sold out. Even half the coffee. So disappointed in Lincoln’s location. Omahas never disappointed.
