Store only had 2 staff members on Sunday morning and one is a trainee. Line was backed up 12 cars deep. Also these donuts are mid tbh.Also this is a nightmare for door dashers and delivery app drivers because what would be reasonable to assume is a 5 minute pickup is actually 30 minutes because they refuse to adequately staff the store (I have to assume because they’re cheap skates).Honestly I don’t like Krispy Kreme much already and based on this and the dozen or more other reviews concerning the same issues, I’m personally done with em.

This location is slow. I even started using the app. This time, I spent 15 minutes waiting for my online order, nearly 30 minutes after it was to be ready. It was just a simple mixed dozen with nothing extra.

Bought two dozen donuts,one for our family another one to give to a doctor's office where I goI have to say I hadn't bought any donuts there for awhile,but they were glazed donuts, about one -third the size they use to be. After opening ours later was totally embarrassing I gave a dozen of those sorry looking things to someone as a good gesture. Pathetic donuts,they should be ashamed of themselves.

This is too crazy I have to leave my thoughts. This lobby has been closed forever, as you‘ve seen in the other comment. The other day I was here and the lobby was open! I said bet next time I’m in there. Made an online order for a special they had and figured I can pick up, be in and out. Pull up, long line I didn’t trip but it was wild. found a spot and parked. walked to the door and 3 employees just posted up!! One is sitting there eating!!! Probably my order! Now I’m in this line with time to tell you, go to Dunkin’! Idk if their lobby is closed but this is wild that you are going to eat in the window and not open the door.

I live 300 miles away from Krispy Kreme and we do not get it very often. Very disappointing experience. Google said that they closed at 4pm but I called at 4:30pm and they said they were open until 10pm. When I got there, the doors were locked. An employee came to the door and said drive thru only due to short staffing. How much longer are we going to endure this short staffing problem?? Honestly it feels like an excuse at this point. It would have been nice if they told me on the phone that their lobby was closed. When I get to the drive thru, they don't have 3 types of the donuts available. We pretty much only got glazed donuts because that's all they had. I think next time, we will just skip this location and go straight to Omaha's Krispy Kreme.

This has to be one of the worst Krispy Kreme’s in the US. The hot sign is only on early in the morning. I’ve never seen it on past 11am in the 5 years that i’ve lived in Lincoln. Usually have to get there at 8 am to get hot donuts.I hate to complain about donuts but what kind of Krispy Kreme is this? The inside has also been closed for a few weeks for no apparent reason, so we have to wait in a long line outside
The worst experience ever! Ordered coffee for a group event to be picked up at a certain time. They didn't even start to put the order together until we showed up at the agreed time. It took them 25 minutes to put it together. This made us a half hour late for the event.

There has to be a more intelligent solution than closing the lobby completely and forcing people who ordered days in advance to go through the drive through. Seems like management has failed to adequately pay and staff the establishment. I watched no less than 10 cars drive away after failed attempts to get in.

I ordered online to be able to quickly pick up some donuts on Valentine's Day. When I arrived, the doors were locked and everyone was forced into the drive-thru. I spent over an hour in the drive-thru trying to pick up my order. When I got to the window, my order was not even prepared. I will never be back.
