Update 2025. Ordered from happy hour menu presented to me in restaurant. When bill came, price was not discounted. Pleasant waitress could not find manager to try to adjust as she said it was bar only. Is this a violation of Lazlo's rule number ten?

The waitress was super friendly. My steak salad was insanely chewy and fatty though. I was able to pick at half of it. The wait was a bit long at lunch, maybe try another menu item.
