Everytime I order pretzel pizza. It is not pretzel crust like if I ordered from any other little ceasers. Last few time order stuff crust and got normal crust not even pretzel cust so spent 14 on a $7 pizza. Pretty disappointed as they wouldnt even answer phone so I could try and get right order. Would order from Any other little tceasers then the s 27th st. One.. added pics of most recent pretzel crust... they butter and salted normal crust....

Stop making.pizza almost a hr before close and hot and ready more like luke warm and pizza uncut. You have things you do to pizza before serve it and cutring it is one unless told not to but it was not cut. Maybe withcas many employees standing around theycshould get a supervisor there to oversee things or get a new supervisor to get things done right. If you close at 9 pm youcserve till 9pm and clean after whats left. These people seem like they cant makenany food last hr so rheycout at closing time. A lil extra work doesnt kill ya but thata pry why younger kids do what theyvdo they get it easier than any generation. Corporations shpuld send people in to audit their places more often bet they get more done and supervisors more knowlegable and trained and they prycmake more money.

THIS STORE IS JUST TERRIBLE , I order thru uber eats and every time I get 2 extra most best party cut . & every time I call them and confirm if they can party cut it even though I put it on the app , they tell me every time yes sometimes depending on the day that I order , they are just so rude over the phone . Like today I spoke to a young girl over the phone told her I order thru uber eats and was wondering if she can put butter and parm on it . She says yes . So then I wait til the delivery driver arrives and I opened it and see it’s not party cut nor does it have butter and parm so I call the store back and it’s a totally different person it took for me two times to call to actually have someone pick up the phone and when he did I told him the issue and he says “ I mean what do you want me to do I’m not remaking it” I order from this store every Friday and Saturday because of my kids they love it & it’s affordable for me and every single time it is wrong .

This place is horrid! Their pizza gave me food poisoning and I have called the store the general manager has yet to call me back! I have reached out to the 800 customer service and still nothing! Like they tried to kill me and my daughter and no one there cares! Lovely way to do business!!!!! Don’t order their food!

Bad crew. My order has been wrong the last 2 times I've ordered at this location. Then when I reordered the lady time and came to pick up they forgot to turn the oven on so I had to wait again and I asked if they offer coupons and they said no the can give me a crazy bread.

There’s something for almost every taste. Can’t say I care for their pizza but I absolutely love their Italian Crazy bread and Pepperoni puffs! Great food!
Did not disclose during checkout that food was being delivered via doordash. My food was delivered thirty minutes later than projected. I had to reheat my food. One of the pizzas I had to put in the oven because the center wasn't cooked!

Every time we come through here it’s hit or miss. Sometimes it’s crappy food and sometimes it’s good and fresh. Usually never an issue with employees but waiting time and good quality can go from great to poor. Good for a quick bite. Hard to get in and out the parking lot though.

The dude behind the counter today 1-9-25 at 6:30 is a complete pinecone!! The food was under cooked and the dude screwed up my order and charged me $33 when all I wanted was 2 bread sticks and one hot and ready!
