I walked into this location and the teenager at the register stared at me without hello. Looked like he was confused as to why I was there… haha it isn’t that hard to train the face of your business to say hello to your customers.
We got a cheese hot and ready and it had obviously been in the warmer forever as it was the driest, worst pizza I’ve ever had from a Little Caesar’s. Avoid this location if you can.

We place a large order (8 pizzas, 3 breadsticks), hours in advance, online without issue. We went and picked up the pizza, again without issue. Two hours later got 2 calls from this location, to lecture us on how going forward, if we want to do a big order like that, we need to let them know 24 hours or more in advance. Absolutely, something we can do, we had a last minute situation come up, so this was out of ordinary for us but either DONT let us order it online OR say something when we pick up the pizza. Don't call 2 hours after we have left the store to not only tell us but lecture on how we need to order next time.

I ordered delivery through the mobile app, waited an hour (our order got a variety of drivers), and it never came. I called the Little Caesars location we ordered from, and whoever answered was very short with me and said that they couldn't help me (it sounds like the order was potentially taken? Not sure.). I called the customer service number available with our order in the app, and was told they'd contact the restaurant. They did and let me know I'd get a full refund for food, tax, tip and delivery. That was on 3/31/2024, and I have not received a refund. The phone number I called via app is now no longer available and Little Caesar's doesn't have a phone number to call for help (the restaurant itself couldn't help us). I've also written them three times with no response through the contact section of the website. I just want my $30.
Ordered pizza on Apr 06, 2024, and the manager on duty was very unprofessional and rude. Only received half of my delivery order, then called the manager, and he was very rude and said he had no time to deal with my issue that was his fault. He said he was very busy with his 5 employees and can't watch all 5 of them to make sure they are doing what they should be doing even though that's his responsibility. If I could give zero stars I would.

Make sure you have a pizza cutter when you get home with your pizza from this location. They never cut the pizza ALL THE WAY THROUGH. I even got one once that wasn't cut AT ALL. Zero stars if I could.
