I live close I took a mobile order and had to wait for over 30 minutes to get a pizza that should've been ready between 11:02 and 11:07 this is unacceptable

Ordered online and when I got there the to get my sodas they were out of the Pineapple Pepsi and the other sodas we had ordered. When I asked if they were planning on refunding those since they didn't have what I wanted the lady had to call her manager. The manager said I would just have to pick something else that they were not going to issue a refund. Only two things I could pick from were water and root beer. When I got back to my work and sat down at the break table the pizza was burnt and did not look like they cared when they made them. I worked food service for 20 years and it is not hard to have good customer service but I guess it was here.

Are there new pretzel crust pizza they did not ask me if. I wanted marinara or cheese they just assumed. And then I had called them back and they told me that they are not able to replace it. I spent$28 and some cents their customer service even though they made a mistake they still will not be compensated you. So I will not be going to this Little Caesars again.
