Paid nearly $12 for 1 tiny piece of chicken, one tiny piece of fish and 2 hush puppies with a side. No chrispy things served with the meal which is the first time ever in my life eating at ljs and not getting any. Raised the price of their food and the consumer gets even less! 🙄

Waited in an empty inside lobby for 5-8 minutes. A few employees looked as us in passing but I guess drive thru was priority?
No acknowledgment we were even in front of the register waiting to order - gave up and went elsewhere

I watched the employee drop my side of corn on the floor and she watched me watch it happen, yet still SERVED the food to me. This was after I went back around to get that corn because they forgot it. not happy with this, teach those kids food safety. Disgusted and a waste of my $8.

Rarely dissatisfied. Always good service and food.
The cashier was a very rude and the food wasn’t fresh at all. There was no crispiness to the chicken what so ever. The breading slide right off the chicken and was almost slimy. The fries were cold and soft but at least the hush puppies were hot, fresh, and crispy. I miss the old locations where they were just a Long John Silvers. The menu was better because you had more option to choose from and the food was hot and fresh. There combo meals are over priced and you get way less food then you used to. If you’re going for KFC you might get a better meal, but the Long John Silver side wasn’t what you would expect for a fast food restaurant.
