“l am Black in America, l have. Been going to the Lounge for about a 1 1/2 years. My experiences have been very negative with the staff that does not appreciate diversity, the staff speaks to me as if we are still in Slavery! I have been licked, by a Pit Bull, l have stepped outside and come back in my drink covers were removed and my drinks poured out, although my coat and purse was in my seat. I was told by management that l would receive a phone call, this was 4 weeks away, and l still have not received a call. Tonight was the icing on the Cake a group was talking very loud, over the music and singer l could not hear the music. I was called to the front by management, l was told l was doing more clapping than usually, and that if l did not listen to them then, l would have to leave or they would call the police! I was told it was a private business and that l should never come back. I just want to say l am a Veteran, l respect the law, but the way l was treated was Disgusting! I would advise anyone of Color to not frequent this business, they donot not know how to treat Non Black People! They feel they can talk to you anyway! Sad! I would not even give them a rating, they donot deserve one! I will definely let people who look like me know Boitano's Lounge Coustomer Service towards Black's is Bad!“

“Been my favorite bar for years. The vibes, staff, and drinks are amazing. Their specialty is martinis, they have both traditional and dessert martinis. but they have a wonderful selection of whiskey, scitch, wine and beer as well. Their Moscow mules are great too.“

If one has service industry background...this is the place for you to unwind! Good luck finding many places that match the pour for the price. Service here behind the bar...100 percent, start to finish.
