The staff seems like they would rather be elsewhere. They seem to congregate around the hostess stand. We love the atmosphere, it's uniquely designed and reminds my wife and I of the first restaurant we served at back home in TX called Joe's Crab Shack ? We will definitely be back we do enjoy the food!!!

“l am Black in America, l have. Been going to the Lounge for about a 1 1/2 years. My experiences have been very negative with the staff that does not appreciate diversity, the staff speaks to me as if we are still in Slavery! I have been licked, by a Pit Bull, l have stepped outside and come back in my drink covers were removed and my drinks poured out, although my coat and purse was in my seat. I was told by management that l would receive a phone call, this was 4 weeks away, and l still have not received a call. Tonight was the icing on the Cake a group was talking very loud, over the music and singer l could not hear the music. I was called to the front by management, l was told l was doing more clapping than usually, and that if l did not listen to them then, l would have to leave or they would call the police! I was told it was a private business and that l should never come back. I just want to say l am a Veteran, l respect the law, but the way l was treated was Disgusting! I would advise anyone of Color to not frequent this business, they donot not know how to treat Non Black People! They feel they can talk to you anyway! Sad! I would not even give them a rating, they donot deserve one! I will definely let people who look like me know Boitano's Lounge Coustomer Service towards Black's is Bad!“

If one has service industry background...this is the place for you to unwind! Good luck finding many places that match the pour for the price. “Right off of South 13th Street, near Arapahoe, in a strip mall. There is a place that is hidden and only those privy to its location may enjoy its luxury.

Down a set of stairs, that reminded me of a film by the name Akira. I walk down the stairs to be met by a colorful and very unique individual. He asks if I'm here for the show. I surely am and I look forward to enjoying myself.

I step beyond the entrance into a room that seems as cozy as a friend's basement at 17. The music is already going. The show is going strong. In the back of the house are pool tables where celebration and competition meet like two oceans that were made for each other. Just before that is a seating area and a bar to the left. This is where the revelry comes together, and different walks of life meet on the same stage.

I can't go any further as I feel you must experience it for yourself. You must know this place and enjoy what stories it has to tell. This is one storm I would gladly welcome.“
