I recently attended an event at Main Street Bar in Lincoln, and what I witnessed was appalling. One of the security guards was inappropriately touching multiple women, many of whom were underage. It was clear that everyone was uncomfortable as he made his rounds, putting his hands on girls without consent. After seeing enough, I decided to say something and told him to keep his hands to himself. Instead of taking responsibility, he became defensive, denied everything, and even attempted to put his hand on me. I repeated my request for him to back off, and his response was to tell me that since I was so “uncomfortable,” I needed to leave.
Yes, you read that right—I was kicked out for standing up for myself and other women being harassed by a member of the bar’s staff. What’s worse, when I got outside, I spoke to another security guard who admitted that I wasn’t the first to complain about this guy. And yet, he was still inside working the event, while I was left outside, punished for calling out his disgusting behavior.
Main Street Bar, you need to get your act together. Allowing a staff member to harass women is unacceptable, and kicking out those who stand up for themselves is beyond outrageous. It’s time to have a serious conversation with your team about consent, respect, and personal boundaries. Until then, I won’t be back, and I’ll make sure others know about this terrible experience.

This bar stays on the news for shootings/fights etc. there isn’t enough security and the owner doesn’t want people down. Sure it has good music but maybe it’s time to start taking g the safety of the people into consideration. Up security and check people for things at the door

Great place for Latin night on Friday nights. Great music, strong drinks, and a dance floor to get your groove on! Come early as it gets really packed by midnight.

Very rude and professional security guards! I wish I could make an official complaint about a guard’s behavior by checking security cameras to see I did nothing bad but one guard kicked me out and threatened my friend and I a month ago.

Highly unclean, not up to covid-19 standards. No one was wearing masks. The bartenders were coughing on the drinks. Security guards at entrance were very rude. Overall not enjoyable would not recommend or go again.

i would give 0 stars but i can't. First of all horrible music, poor service, girl didn't know how to make a cosmo, the club has no one in it, club full of ROTCS uggos. They were serving minors and the whole club reeked of rotten weeks old rejected salmon.
