Do not buy from here offline! They will overcharge you a day after you order!
Each time I have visited their establishment (twice) an item has been missed. Of course I don’t rummage through the bag while sitting in the drive thru, not wishing to be “that customer” but I guess I’ll have to be if I ever go back. Called, messaged, and am now posting my review-no response from McAlister’s. I used to say I miss good customer service. Now I say I miss customer acknowledgment 😭
Lincoln NE McAlister Deli is ignoring the COVID Mask Mandate (Aug 31 2021). The manager got on the defensive then went into a silent stare when asked why McAlister Deli was not encouraging the safety mandate and requiring masks. Remember...no one can eat McAlister food when you are on a ventilator with COVID or a DELTA variant.
